There is only two people I’m on about and they have been telling us for ages we should be selling and it’s dropping to £4, What everyone else does is their own choice. If your brave enough to sell and buy again good on you but cmon they didn’t even buy in as I said weeks ago they would miss the bottom and be priced out due to pride.

Where is your £4 now, I said this share will turn quickly and all the idiots sitting while it was £9.50 missed a bargain. But who could have predicted a swift change and a huge decision on wether to buy at a much higher buy in price. Hahahaha

Negotiated trade to buy Psn at this moment, all the people trying to get in cheap before it rises, I also saw a board out a persimmons site with 100% mortgages and I know for definite the brokers they use get excellent deals.

Why would there be foreced sales? Do you know the peoples financial situations. if people struggle o afford the new rate they cay remotgage on interest only which would be a significant drop till things sort them selves out, and if they dont being on interest only can't be any different to renting except payments will be cheaper and over they years if they decide to sell you would only have to repay the price of the house. a friend has 5 interest only mortgages and he has had them for over 15 years so if he decided to sell them all there is still lots of profit on each house.

We have had high mortgage rates since the end of last year so people have had plenty of time to get used to new rates.

Be back up to £12 ‘ish by the time the results drop ready for an 80p drop that day?

If there is more sells won’t it just be people getting out with some of their money, there is still lots of other bargains out there to be had.

Selling is what you do a day or two before as no matter what they say the share will open lower on that day.

I don't know what year help to buy started but these were only £6 until that schemm was anounced then the next day they were £9 and they kept risiing . of the tories anouce another help to buy scheme to win votes for next years election the shares will take off again.

Surely the help to nuy scheme must be a money maker for the government as if people sell in say 8 years time won;r the governmmennt be due their 25% stake?

Mike, I am invested in here yes but if we haven’t reached the bottom yet I’m ok with that. My shares are for my pension so even if the share is low for another 3 years it just means I can buy far more than I ever expected. I know I’m sitting on a loss at the moment but I won’t loose any sleep over it as I know it will recover and I have been in Psn for a few years so it’s obvious my average would be higher and it will rise again and my average will be higher as I keep adding on it’s way down and up.

I personally don’t think the dividend will be suspended as they know it will trash their price, I think the dividend will be 75p as they were only quiet for January and February.

Mike I know glp haven’t closed their whole short but they have closed the last two they took out as if they didn’t they would now be paying interest on both of those!

I see they predicted their sales pretty exact and future sales aren’t too bad, the share dropped on opening but now it’s starting to rise.

As with Psn we now have your 10% moment as glp partners has closed their latest shorts meaning the probably think £9.50 was the bottom and we are now 10% up from that point. We are exactly at a point I said you would need to make a decision and it was for you to wait for further drops in the share that probably won’t happen and as the share rises more you keep saying to yourself it will drop again.

Then if/ when it doesn’t you’re left with the decision of investing at a much higher premium or just not buy in.

They will definitely sort something like that out as the toruses need it to win votes!

They seem quite positive but I have seen many a share drop on positive news over the last couple of years. They say they will build their predicted number of houses and have a 9000’ish forward order book.

They reported their price drops at around 3.5% with an average selling price of £320k

If Psn make their expected completions of 8-9000 houses for the year it will still give them a pre tax profit of between £300-£400m for the year with no debt so it’s obvious the firm is in trouble. NOT!

They have closed another short position so obviously they must think the bottom was reached? They still have shorts from £20 so I think they will just hold them for longer in case the share does go south.

But if your here to trade the share and make money, you could of bought in at say £9.70 on Monday which was when I topped up and you could of sold today with more money to wait for your £5 buy in !
