Is when the Bank of England meet to decide on next interest rate hike and since the fed have just raised theirs with lower inflation i think its pretty certain ours is rising as well. will psn share drop on this news ? if it does and allowing for a drop after the rns on the 10th could be a good buying oppertunity,

They arent paying any other dividend rhis year,, on the 10th they should announce what they propose to pay but according to dividend max they arent going ex til the 14th december and the payment will be made 8th jannuary. due to the long time for payments there is still plenty of time for this share to be volitile.

I seem to think there is always a small spike in the share every three/four months and since we haven’t had one since may I’m guessing we must be due one or even better something to turn the share upwards.

chrisat, the way i took that chart and the wording of 'no further submission after june' and nothing adjacent to the later dates was that 8th august would be last chance.

So does that mean if it’s not the 8th it won’t be thus year?

Cool, it’s still 0.355p to buy but they have held the latest price on my share account as 0.334 most of the day so adds a bit more loses, I take it cause it’s so small a price they just update the account at the end of the day?

So is that this gap closed as my share account holding has a value is 0.334p per share

It doesn’t look like we are getting news in July, while the share has been low have any of the directors been buying in? As obviously they know what’s happening?

I’m defiantly an investor in this share as I plan to hold for at least 10years accumulating as many shares as I can in that period and if it rises to a good price in that time I’m going to sell the lot and put the money in a sensible dividend payer and stop working.

Dean finch has been ceo for over three years, Jeff left about 5 years ago and bought a house building company about the size of crest then dave took over and he stayed in the position for about a year before he left and he also bought a house building firm about the size of crest.

I think I’m the next couple of years they will go back to an in-house ceo and by the other two previous ceos I know I’m pretty certain who the next ceo will be.

Is this enough to bring about a turn in the share as we have always know they have high grade ore

As usual Psn are already ahead of the game and prices to bricklayers and joiners have already been cut. The div will still be paid

I bet a £20 charity be that crest lags behind Psn when they rise, 6 months time. I used to think that way but working for Psn over the years I have followed the share due to people at work buying it and every time Psn rises better than the other majors.

Mike I’m one of the 90% that looses money on shares as at the moment my average stands at £14 dead but with trading it the reality is it has to drop below £9.20 before I loose money and I have lost countless times on AIM that I have given them up.

Mike, I had no idea the share would turn I just said to someone who was willing to take a 10% extra payment to hold on for the bottom that when it turns it will turn quickly.

I’m under no illusion that the share will rise and fall as that’s what shares do and you’re not one of the people I was calling an idiot when I wrote this thread.
