I can see this drifting to its last few months lows?

The sell price at the moment is £1.053 so not looking good for a rise today?

I expected the price to be higher at close today, It’s making me think this won’t rise much tomorrow but I hope I’m wrong.

Just checked investing.com and on every trading time if it’s an hour a day or a week this is a strong buy with an expected 12month guide of £1.43.

Lets hope the share improves a bit better on tuesday after results are published as compared to what happened witth the last trading announcement.

Have to admit geng was on the money with buy at 0.16 as it dropped to about 0.157 to buy so his charts called it right.

I sold 1000 Psn shares on Thursday to put in card for the rise when they announce their excellent results on the 26th.

I wonder what that will be since there was a small £96m sale today. it was an uncrossed trade so not sure what those do to the price?

I think on the 11th they announce the inflation data so depending on what it is people will be predicting what the BofE will do on the 23rd.

Crst Crst Crst, I had never heard of the company till you mentioned you had invested in them! I know of loads of companies with good navs that have went bankrupt or are sitting at say 50x nav.

What I will see in years to come is how well Psn will outperform the other house builders .

If you’re looking for validation on how well crest will do against persimmon it won’t happen with me.

Looks like they couldn’t do it and are now a FTSE 250 company.

According to dividendmax the next payment from crest is 5.5p making the whole year 17p the same as the year before.

Persimmon don’t do maintenance on flats or properties as they just sell that on to other companies who deal with those thing, Persimmon stick to what they know and that’s building houses as I asked the last ceo why they didn’t get into student accommodation and that was the reply.
