Last dividend was 20p and if persimmon build the number of houses they say I think the next dividend will be 40p. Making 60p for the year but the next dividend could also be lower than I’m expecting?

They never recovered as they did rights issues and psn never did.

Jeff didnt do anything to raise the share price up, it raised due to lots of houses sales similar to Barrats and Taylor wimpeys.

When Psn was only paying 80p dividend its share price was £22, if they get to that again I will sell most of what I have.

Reader, I wouldnt sell out to put into talor wimpey as taylor wont rise much past £2 if they do shoot up and even though it could be years before psn get to £29 when the shares do rise going on past performance of the two comanies psn will rise more than wimpeys. Also chasing a dividend is a bad idea as look where psns dividend is now.
