The drop comes in handy for me to re invest my dividend back in here. I normally put it in other companies when I’m paid a dividend but with this share still at a low price in my opinion I will just top up here.

What I heard today was the Thirteen group purchased £70m worth of social housing from persimmon this year and they plan to double that amount up for next year.

All dividends are paid on a friday no matter what company it is.

The dividend is payable on friday, why dump after the dividend payment why wouldn't someone of just sold when we were at £15.

This share doesnt seem to like holding £15 but there willl be a time when it goes past and holds ready for further rises.

They can’t fast track building houses with no one to buy them and a shortage or workforce as well.

Only reason I didn’t buy in was having bad luck with ufo otherwise I already had priced a trade at just over 0.505p on the day of the placing

Council tax has already gone up over 10% this year. How much more can they add. Since before Covid my council tax has gone up about 50%.

Rodleo, it passed £15 today but I think it will be a big sell day today as this shares doesn’t seem to hold £15 but definitely heading the right direction. The Lloyds share also seems to be doing well.

Looks like from the open today the new government is a positive thing for persimmon shares, Let’s see where we are in two weeks time.

I hope for quick rises straight after the election as I would like to get my dividend back in here. its already at a cheaper point than what I expected it to be a couple of months ago.

If they announce a rights issue to raise capital there will be a big sell off and the share will drop even more, usually on rights shares can be bought on the market for what investors are offered once the rights come online.

It’s only been a year since the low and a rise of any substance will take probably another two years. It took three/four years for the share to rise a lot after the financial crash and when BP and shell dropped to their lows it took three years for them to recover and they sell something everyone needs.

I won’t be topping up in this share anymore as it’s always dropping. 0.24p and I’m in profit which is a lot lower than most but it’s still a long way away from where we are now.
