First time a house builder hasn’t used “challenging conditions “ in an update. I presume they will push to go above their highest estimate of sales.

Its the AGM and a trading update, lets hope for something positive as I could now do with the share rising properly now?

Surely now they are in a position to sell off the lease to their neighbours! Moving to producer would be btter suited to people who do it and the share would re rate upwards on that information

I have a feeling further rises may need more RNS reports as it looks like the rise has already been priced in with the rescent rise over the last week or so?

There isn't enough labour to even come close to building 1.5m houses per year.

Lorenzo, House prices will always rise and a correction wont happen without a war, an amreican living solution will be heading to the UK and it will be the rise os people living in caravans that cant afford houses!

There is either a big sell or a big buy as it’s went to negotiated trades and the the spread is £14.58- £10.48. I hope it’s not the lower one

After it was disclosed we had the native title agreement, how long did it take for the share to get above 0.3p?

I must of topped up at the highest price today as mine was 0.21p. Oh well still a good price in the grand scheme of things

Don’t know if I should top up today if I’m allowed to buy any at this low rate before the share price moves up?

Napthman, how can you be so sure we have the license when there has been no rns confirmation? I thought news like that had to be made public so as not to manipulate the share price?

I always slip up when I try and pick a trading time so I just hold, I would love to sell £50k to put in card factory for its prelim results in two weeks but my luck will be Psn will rise loads and card will be under expectations even though I’m pretty sure it won’t!

Its a shame you didn;t buy back into shell when you sold as you could of sold shell now and taken two dividends and of bought thousands more psn shares with your profits.

I really hope you break even on those shares this year!

I actually sold all mine on the last big sell off before the placing happened and bought back in again at 0.2p but to break even on my loses when I sold I need to break 0.3p. But I don’t think people are here to break even so hopefully over a penny by the end of this quarter?
