If we don't get one this week will the share price retrace back down?

I just transferred £20k of another share into my isa and noticed my loses on this weren’t as bad. Let’s hope this is the start of positive movement?

Well I have to start all over again with the sale for my SIPP as I bought in at £12.61. I have a year to move the money over so I’m not too fussed.

Could it be the looming tax year end and people selling to move money over ax there is a four day window from sales to the bank then to another account??

Persimmon has been changing the way they build the plots for years and it started after the financial crash, if a large five/six bedroom house was due to go onto a plot they swap it over for three smaller three bedroom three storey house. The smaller houses will sell where as the larger ones may just sit there so no point buildig houses that aren't selling.

They haven't pulled back on building as the sales aren't there. If the sales were there they would be building!

The interest rate rise has killed sales plus all the extra rises for cost of living, once rates drop the market should start to pick up.

Sold £10k worth at opening bell this morning as it’s the highest the share has been in a while. So now the time to transfer from account to bank and the 8th is the first day of the new tax year on LSE.

Restrictions on that deposit mean it can’t be used on a new build.

Just worked that out, and no mention of they close early tomorrow? So I may just sell on Tuesday which still gives me time to get the money moved over for opening on the 8th.

i would be happier if fenix did take over han**** as that must add wealth to the share price.

Just for both sides of the coin, Barchart.com has it as a strong sell.

Was that trade even worth it as even if you bought and sold 5000 shares it would be about £620 profit .
