In the years to come this price will always be a good price to buy in at, I was always hoping the share price would of stayed lower for a bit longer but most thought my idea of a lower price for longer was silly but I bet they all wish it had stayed lower for a little longer as it was obvious this share will recover to past levels in time.

As of now BP have bought back 4bn shares so as the company stands now that’s 25% and saved themselves £1bn a year in dividend payments.

Jnkeir, The site I’m on has 40 houses for Christmas and most are at footing height so it’s going to get busy.

Denby. in the last year this has rose about 90% so all it has to do from here is rise another 50% which isn't an unreasonable amount.. Everyone is talking about how busy the sites will be next year so a rise sooner than later can happen.

£34 is going to take some time , could be five or six years for that figure or close to it. Psn will have to be building over 15k houses a year to get near that price based on past performance.

I was thinking of exiting around £25 unless the dividend improved remarkably but hanging on till £34 would generate a huge amount of extra cash for me if I did it.

I think BTL people getting out is a good thing as I have always thought they are ostly resonsible for the lack of affordable housing as they buy the cheap properties to rent out. Also CGT isnt going to affect someone buying a home for to live in.

So assuming the miracle does happen and this rises enough to get your car you're wanting to be in something else thats price is going to crash. Am aston isnt even a quick car as most modded 4x4 turbo cars will leave it for dust as I know my evo 6 would but the aston would cruise past once I backed off at about 150mph.

Didn’t sell as I’m not too sure how long Bp is going to hover around its price and Psn is ticking up slowly. Won’t make that much difference waiting as it’s only a few hundred quid I will loose but it’s a £70k trade if I decide to do it so it’s not something I’m rushing into

It’s not a question of selling up it’s more a question of whether Bp will get back into the £5’s this year to take a profit and buy back in here. It’s not unrealistic to expect Bp to reach at least £5.30 this year and if it did Psn would need to be sitting at £20.77 to match the rise and I can’t see Psn reaching that this year.

How can the price of silver make any difference to the price of UFO shares as gold is at an all time high yet GGP is still a rubbish share price.

I’m stuck between the idea of just holding out here and hoping for better rises soon or take a chance and sell just over a third of my shares and put them in BP. If it escalates in the Middle East oil will rise giving them more profits hence the share will rise and the dividend is more in BP even though Bp is only 5%.

Looks like the recent rise was more of a help for people who wanted to get out.

It's starting to be a bit more of a bought share at the moment, I'm not saying this won't drop again but a sensible rise over the next year is looking very possitive. Sensible rises always include drops so traders can be kept happy as well.

If you’re worried about a drop just sell £40k and if it drops you can buy them back and if not you won’t lose many shares when you buy back in

Isn’t the average house price much higher now as compared with 2019 so if they did 12000 homes a year which isn’t a million miles away the share would have the potential to excell on your 2x nav
