Well that has got the share price tanking

I nearly did the same thing but was very happy I waited till the next day. Could be worse you could be in Vodafone.

Forgot to say BP is a global company so If the government gets tough on them I can see them cutting investment in the UK and they will still make a lot of money from other countries. Even though the share price has droped they are still making about £8bn a year profit maybe more so I don;t think we have to worry about them.

I still have about 11k psn shares so havent changed my mind on them, I just think BP will rise into the £5's before PSN rises into the £20 range and since we are trying to make money I thought I'd take a gamble. I made a lot of cash with BP when it dropped with covid so I see no reason why I can't again.

I will have no problem selling the BP shares at a later date to put back in to PSN and I can happily take a lot more in dividends while my money is sat in BP. If BP drops to £3.50's i'm going to sell more PSN.

Well Bp dropped to £3.80 this morning so I banged a lot of cash I had in Psn into them.

They have raised their price target for persimmon to £20.29, we all know persimmon will reach this and more the question is when.

What stupid idea labour has as it wants to build more flats and not houses to try and meet a target. Flats are notoriously bad for reselling and it brings in lease holds which is another notoriously bad system as people are getting ripped off by the companies that hold them and a yearly ground rent for being in the building.

Persimmon stopped building blocks of flats years ago as the houses are better sellers

Lgen has sold cala to the american firm and they are due a £1.16bn payment so I wonder what lgen will do with the money?

Surely who ever does the joint venture will have to pay for the road as where is ufo going to get that sort of money.

I think it will be good for Lgen as they are due about £1bn payment but I think it will drop Psn share price short term.

According to the papers Lgen is making a decision on who will buy Cala homes next week. Psn is still being considered

Happy, I’m not saying it will drop to £2 but giving some reality to the fact that even though £4 sounds cheap it can still drop further as it has done before.

The share price closing of £16.30 makes no sense as there was no buys of any substance on the run up to the closing bell but there was a £4m sale.

But during the pandemic it went from this to under £2. I don't think it will drop much further but we never know.

I just sold £20k to put in BP, I didn’t want to put too much in as Psn could rise more and there is talk of BP dropping further so little trades at a time as over the next year I think my money will be better off in BP

Christofer I'm thinking of adding a big lump to my BP shares but I'm waiting for psn to rise a little more as at the moment BP is in free fall and most plces are recomending shorting BP. The share has already dropped 40p since I considered topping up so I'm happy to sit and wait a little longer.

Next year should see a positive move upwards in this share as I’m sure there are a couple more interest rate drops coming in and sites that were dead are now starting to get busy.

Once Psn house numbers start increasing so will the share price and the dividend.

It’s a pity for the people who believe the papers for these massive house price drops as buying will just cost them more money for a house once it gets into gear. It would of been cheaper to buy a house on high interest than pay more for a house on low interest as high interest mortgage can be changed to a lower one where as a higher price house is always a higher priced house.

Denby, Took a look and my Bp shares have took a battering but it’s another share I’m not too bothered about as over time this will far exceed todays lows and possibly more lows to come.

So that person who got nearly five years for looting Greggs and lush, how much does he make a year then!
