If you look in the fundamentals section above you will see the NAV for persimmon in 2019 was £9.60 yet it reached £33. I believe in say 10 years or less this will be a £40 share same as most shares will be much higher.

Just sold £20k worth at£15.53 so let’s hope I’m right in a profit taking drop

Well that’s been broken so only £15.65167 is next one so a close over that will be very positive.

According to Barchart the next resistance level is £15.48333 and we are coming close to that.

There will be a drop coming but purely on profit taking, everyone has knew about high interest for a couple of years now and if you’re buying a house at 5% you already know you can afford it.

Bp has already dropped again so no profit would have been made, I think with Bp it’s what the results will say on the 30th as they are getting called out for letting debt build up.

Plus if this rises to £15.50 again it will overtake any short rises in Bp.

Psn has a trading update next month and it may be good news as they are starting to build on sites which they had stopped earlier this year.

I have three accounts, A share dealing account with Halifax which I’m trying to empty. An isa with Halifax and a sipp with AJ bell. I prefer to stick with well know places as I have a lot of money in the accounts and like to know it’s protected.

Remember a few years ago when people where trading with Robin Hood and it stopped people trading GameStop as it had links to the broker that was loosing lots of money on shorts.

After selling some I had a little fomo as I saw the share rise 50p more and knew it meant it would happen again so I wanted my money back in here.

I made hardly anything as I sold Persimmon nearly 50p below its peak and only gained 20 extra shares. But it’s better than nothing

Well we are in the £14’s , if it drops to your target I’m going to put my £20k back in here and I suspect christofer will be buying back in.

Jnkier, That’s why the new ceo of Psn was brought in to give new eyes on improving its image, but there are always people who complain over nothing on new build houses as everyone is after getting money back!

Avant would be an easier cheaper purchase for Psn and Jeff has already turned Avant into a persimmon homes model. What will happen to Jeff if they do as what position do you take in a company when you used to be CEO.

It was Jeff that bought into avant.

There is now a rumour going around that Avant homes is going into administration and Psn are set to buy them? This would obviously stop any purchase of Cala but maybe neither are going ahead?

Denby, the sudden rise in psn share has took away from any gains that could of been made from BP so its a good job you didnt jump but there will be a pull back on the rise today. Its nice to know that rises are coming.

Denby, There is still time to be in here for the next two dividends and sell out to get into Psn for theirs.
