IIs selling large holdings, all ends up with PIs and traders. No conspiracy, that's why the SP is @2p.

AJones, AMC is 10x, they performed a stock split last week, so they have AMC share + "APE" share.

Actually, I know a plan how to save value for existing stock holders. We find a lender for 150-200m (this solves our short term problems) and promise them 1/2 the money back within half a year + % on any profit over the next few years. Then we need to raise a maximum of 100m over the next 6 months. The SP shoots up, we make it very conservative 1 new share for every 5 existing. Some who wants can stick 25% or sell them into a market, no big deal - you won't even feel it and we pay it back to the lender. Get me in contact with Mooky :)))

if you said that 10 new shares would be issued for each existing one @20p you'd be murdered on this forum! Some of you are happy to take it now it seems, and if the SP drifts to 1p would you settle for 1 to 100 ratio? Pathetic! CINE's going to find a lender and this would shoot up to 15-20p. Then we'll discuss the ratios.

What's so interesting about GS TR-1? They're selling what they can, basically. You see there is a paragraph 8A and 8B, has anyone bothered to read the section 5.1 and its subsections? Come on, you have google!

More IIs off-loading, possibly Jhango. The selling pressure is enormous this afternoon, not sure if 2.05 can be defended.
There's a time delay and so it's difficult to sync with the SP movement but this is what you can see:

Haha, exactly how I feel. I've topped up twice the last lime just below £1 mark and I thought that was cheap :D

it's very unlikely for any dilution to take place at these levels... CINE will take it step by step,
1) Finding investors/lenders and securing enough finance to see out 2022
2) Things improve from the start of Q4
3) Getting into profit in 2023
4) Balance sheet restructuring (raising capital)

Hello Goldenyears, I agree on the divis, most likely they wanted to prevent the SP from drifting further down but it seems that the bearish sentiment is there because of a slowdown expected in the construction sector over the coming months.

Some individuals have got a clear agenda, constantly bashing the company. The SP is below 3p, there's no value left so what are you doing here? If someone was short and got it right (with a bit of luck the way events unfolded last week), they've got their fat cheque and can be happy. Some LTH sold, some are still holding and hoping that the company can pull it through. What's the purpose of begging them to sell? You do realise that it's not going to influence the SP, just look at some Auto-trades buying/selling >100k shares per transaction. Not even all LTHs have had that much stock...

SQZ oil production seems to be quite low for the SP. Not so interesting at 400+

@Ianharding what makes you think they've topped up? Surely, way too risky for them to pour in millions of pounds at this moment in time, buy button is grey for IIs with the red one in use. (Yesterdays rns)

The SP just got rejected from the top a channel and so far moving very nicely but we're struggling to push through 2.70 mark (I think 2.50 should be tested to make the chart look pretty). Once we drift into the 60s I'm going to load the cannon and hopefully, it won't misfire :)))

Exactly that @Hexam, the litigation is also a worry.

@Jtan, depends how you read it... if the company had enough liquidity to survive until Q4 or end of the year than this will be a winner, big time. My back-of-the-envelope calculations show that CINE need to find somewhere around 150-200m short term. The question is whould they be able to borrow on reasonable terms? I guess they've exhausted all options with existing lenders that's why it turned into a crisis.

fully predictable and expected reaction because some could not get out on Friday. Possibly more IIs offloading which is not a bad thing since they can only press the sell button at this stage and that's a fact. The sentiment will change as traders will realise it's not the end of the world... as for now the lower it goes the more attractive it becomes. Nothing has changed since this morning but the SP is now 3p. If tomorrow we don't hear anything new and the SP is 2p I would only welcome that because it reduces the risk for the buyer

buys & sells roughly equal, meaning that when IIs sell more stock ends up with traders which should cause increased volatility and shenanigans. At this moment in time it could be beneficial especially for the upside.
