CINE have not provided any numbers for a quantitative assessment and today's SP is pure speculation. Too many on here posting that anyone can see that CINE is going bust... well, not so fast!
"Recent admission levels have been below expectations" - this is too vague, how far below expectations? Also, keep in mind that this is for the whole period since reopening in April 2021.
"Deleveraging" is one word that caused the panic but nothing is certain yet, even if this is a likely option, again without quoting any numbers on possible dilution, doesn't mean the shares are suddenly half price.

Antonvb, you won't need 25%, some big stake holders are strongly against the merger already (e.g. see Palliser letter with their 5% stake and I'm sure you can find some other bankers etc.) I think the deal is beneficial for TLW and wouldn't want to see all the effort Rahul put in being wasted.

my long term target is £1,30. Hopefully, the merger will help us to break 65-66p but TLW really need to add some production, hopefully, next time lucky with oil discovery & drilling.

so far there's a strong femand at 80p, so it's a bit bold to downgrade from 75 to 70 and now further down from 70 to 60, whilst even JPM's initial target (75) has never materialised. There's no evidence from the chart that the SP will be heading towards 60p. On the other hand, if they come up with targets from fundamentals and with coming recession in mind, maybe the SP can go as low as 60p in the fire sale but it may never come. The way I see it, £1 is much more likely than 60p in 2022.

the SP needs a few days to settle but with these results I just don't see RR past 94p+

CINE can rally very quickly, the SP can get to 30p in no time on positive news. I really hope we call pull through this difficult time.

@BigRisky you keep posting that Rahul has to go but what do you think should be happening? What has to be delivered in your view? I want to see the progress according to plan and that's what Rahul has delivered so far. I don't really care if the SP is 40 or 45 because I know that with a good business model and gradual expansion it would be much higher in the future. (Not by 3pm)
