Yes, @ 55p which is also good to see. I think CNE shareholders do not really like the deal but when the SP would be closer to 70p, they'll love it. :)

look at the bigger picture! With the financial stability CNE brings, TLW is very much undervalued and the combined SP should be much higher than the offer.

TLW is also somewhat undervalued so maybe there's a higher chance of getting to 70p there vs. 300p here.

Should be also beneficial for CNE with many new investment opportunties and don't forget that they're already operating in Africa, with large developments in Egipt.

BigRisky, the problem might be not only in the ability to "sell" positives to investors but rather negotiating our stake. It's vital for TLW to get a good return on Kenya for long term development.

There seems to be no quick solution for Kenya but we need to be patient and hopefully the BoD can get a good deal for us. It's quite clear that they don't want to fully commit to the project and invest a lot of money (which will increase the debt). From today's RNS on Kenya: "we are working with potential strategic partners to reduce our stake in the project to be more in line with a company of our size".

To put it simply, Cineplex agreed to sell their business for 1$ and presented an estimate that Cineworld can make 3$ out of it. Judge Barbara awarded them 3$ compensation. They must be in some fairytale world.

75p is extremely unlikely and your buy order is somewhere at the very end on the list of buy orders out there...

If CINE win this will "reduce" our debt by $1bn. Taking all the skepticism into account the mcap should at least double.

Cineplex would expect to get some compensation after the Canadian court ruling... I followed the court hearing and that decision was pulled out of thin air and the claim was too ambitious in the first place. Cineworld must try to challenge the decision to then negotiate on "the courthouse steps".

TLW is a funny stock, when all indicators show that the SP is going to rise someone offloads a big chunk... We should be nowhere near these levels with the oil price being above 100 for the last 2.5 months.

there's nothing at 77 that I can see... we're into the unknown. This could easily go even lower.
