HeresHopin, to be fair he's probably heavily leveraged to day trade which is a recipe for disaster. If you're in with your own money in such a volatile stock you don't really care if it's 8.80 or 7.90 today because you see a bigger picture. Some are desperate to sell at 10 but I wouldn't take it simply because I do not agree with the current valuation.

sammy, I guess important bits have been accentuated in upper case to teach 10-year olds to read regulatory statements. We're not in primary school nor betting on horse racing. CW's business is fully functioning and it clearly says they are exploring all options. Where does it say that "the best case scenario" is D4E? The best case scenario would be borrowing more money to solve short term problems because dilution makes absolutely no sense at current levels. You do not dilute after a crash! Look at Amigo - their business has been dysfunctional for over a year with massive dilution on the cards and they're still holding on. Here, 8p is completely unjustified, the whole collapse is pure speculation. Why would they raise 1:1 at 5p when they could have made it 3:1 at 15p for the same amount and at a significant discount? Without giving any numbers on the amount etc. a so called "very significant dilution" is not really an option anymore.

LTHcine, could it be that they haven't anticipated such reaction? That would be really bad, especially for those who sold. :D I mean if CINE is like 100 mil short for the year 2022 then there was no real need to hummer the stock.

Everyone who sold today did so at a loss. This tells you something about the current sentiment. Hopefully, we'll see a bounce tomorrow but just by looking at volumes I doubt it will be a big one, sellers are all over it. Most volume came at a bid price today so no wonder why we finished at 8p. It's only a guess how much stock has been accumulated by MMs even at these prices... It's possible to completely reverse today's drop if Nisan can find a short term financial solution. Just because the rns was vague the market took it as "things are extremely bad" but if it's not the case then surely it was better to give some numbers because it doesn't make sense to dilute after a crash.
