it seems strange that with such a very positive view of ADME
share prospects, that over 19 months in charge osa has only
paid £19,700 for shares so far (according to the RNS history).

hopefully, osa will now start buying chunky amounts of ADME
shares, rather than PR chump change, at a proper market rate.

(... although it wouldn’t be quite so impressive, imo, if he buys some
shares at what appears to be a market rate, but actually is effectively a
heavily subsidised price because those shares come with stuff like five
year warrants that can be sold on for a wodge to folks like tonnacombe.)

it does seems v positive for ADME shareholders that osa apparently pays some
attention to share chatboards. —> so if there are key questions, worth posting
them here to prompt osa to respond? (e.g. what is current project debt level?)

16:46, 15:19. toff doesn’t appear to understand that multiple parties can all
decide to sell something without that necessarily being collusion. plenty of
peeps are selling GSK, and no doubt some hedgies amongst them, but that
doesn’t mean they are all part of some covert market manipulation conspiracy.
... just that plenty of folks think it may get worse before it gets better. my own
buy level adjusted down to £11.60. (may well not get there, but that’s fine by me,
plenty of other things to do with the money if GSK manages to stays above that.)

overall, v happy with progress since
march 2020, in the circumstances...

i think it was less about jackson & more about that chunky proposed
cash raise (tho’ i appreciate some linkage between the issues!). but
penny has been dropping with mr market, i think, that there will be
good appetite in the far east to buy into a big chunk of this bad boy.

time they bit the bullet and RNS’d?

share prices are a reflection of what market makers & other key participants
think others will be prepared to buy / sell at *in the very near future*, not what
the shares have already traded at. in other words, prices are forward-looking.

a share might recently have traded at 100 bid / 102 offered,
but if the MM thinks that the next few punters will want to sell,
then they will be pricing that share at 98/100, not 100/102.

more broadly, though, if you look at the beta on AZN shares, there’s not
much point in trying to puzzle too much over 1% moves up or down.

that would be nice.

i note trend_trader didn’t post again to provide any evidence for
his claim that osa has bought £70,000 ADME shares in placings.

from RNS history, osa has bought less than £20,000. which is probably less
than 5% of his pay & perks to date from ADME. ... nice work if you can get it.

yes indeed. which again makes me puzzled why many
posters on this chatboard appear to get so cross at CS.

(although as with most of those broker forecasts, i
don’t think they give a time scale for the price target?)

mrmath, credit suisse forecast a drop to 50p per share.
... that would be a cut of 37.5% to the current dividend.

but of course, CS may be wrong, so time will show
if they are being too pessimistic or too pessimistic.

do you think that the GSK share price fell by 9 or 10 %
after their results were published because of a single
broker forecast that came out a fortnight before that?

more likely, imv, s/price fell because of those poor results

also not sure what the regulatory history of credit suisse has to do with how
people on this chatboard feel about its shareprice & dividend forecast for GSK.
(tho’ can see it might affect whether you want to go & work for them or not!)

CS set out fairly clearly in their ‘broker note’ what their reasons were for
their outlook on GSK, & people can make their own minds up whether they
agree with them or not. ... those factors wouldn’t magically become more
true or less true because the bank publishing them is whiter than white,
or conversely was the most evil financial institution that has ever existed.
