dan, even when the uplifts happen they do *not* cover the expenses at
ADME, just so long as ADME still owes project level debt ... all the money
from oil sales when there is a lift goes into the black hole of that project
level debt, none of it is retained to pay the “administrative expenses”
(meaning in particular the large ongoing BoD pay and perks). ... they
have no other meaningful source of income, so if shareholders want
to keep paying osa & his pals, then ADME has to keep raising money.
a meaningful RNS from ADME would be one that states exactly how
much project debt still remains, clearly sets out what interest rate
is being charged on that, and gives a specific prediction from the
ADME BoD, that the nomad is willing to sign off, about when project
level debt will be cleared. ADME would still face multiple challenges
re financing new wells & other projects, but at least it would be much,
much clearer how company can manage cash flow in the shorter term.
