- curiously, the poster on the other side who was expecting news
this week about the marginal oil field bid still seems to be expecting
another RNS (“the big one”) this week! ...if so, that would be a teensy
bit surprising, given the CEO has just made an open market purchase.

(perhaps adme have just shrugged and passed on the marginal
field bid, rather than pony up hard cash for ‘signature bonus’?)

sold some, swapping a bit more into RDSB.

i remain somewhat puzzled, dan, why you retain your stake in this company.
it appears to be festooned with a wide range of red flags. somebody’s making
money out of ADME, but i don’t think that will be the ordinary shareholders.

the shares were issued as part of the
purchase price for that barracuda stake.

it is an interesting arrangement, isn’t it.

the TR1 this morning is not from new stake-building or purchases.

it’s just the confirmatory paperwork relating to the consideration shares
in the barracuda transaction — as per RNS of 28/4/21, calabar capital
were to be given 3.59% of ADME, as part consideration for barracuda.

interesting, osa’s ponied up for some shares ... what does that imply,
in terms of news yet to be released about the marginal oil field bid?

presumably osa knows whether a field was awarded / which field
was awarded / how much signature bonus was demanded, and
presumably he also knows whether or not ADME is paying that
bonus or not ... but none of that has yet been RNS’d. ... curious.

goldman raise target to £21.00.

(if only such targets meant owt, sigh.)
