there’s no mystery to it, imho... there is a massive overhang here of
placees (- mostly in from 4.25p, but with some poor sad b******s still
in from that huge & disastrous placing at 16p). they are completely
stuck here, unless they either (a) capitulate and sell out at a serious
loss, or (b) can somehow mislead other gullible punters to buy in, &
so create enough volume for stuck placees to get a chance to dump.

on top of which, there are also s****balls like align hanging around,
who have been paid in shares to promote the company best as they
can, meaning that they too have plenty of ADME shares to dump on
to anyone daft enough to ignore red flags such as the DBI fiasco.

... all those folk “blindly stick up” for AMDE,
just because they don’t have a better option.

if they ever do get this sorted,
would move the s/p dial, lol.

hi tresha, i suppose i’d also be curious about why has osa found out
about it now, rather than e.g. 4 months ago, 3 m. ago, 2 months etc.

“came clean” - lol, hardly!

decent profit on the share of those superd shares (wonder they
they kept the 6,222 shares?) - maybe fits with tools’ suggestion
that they went to DBI for cash and then found DBI were a bust.

interesting timing also that osa was allowed to purchase shares
just over a fortnight ago, now this sale ... ? perhaps suggests that
they have had to organise the share sale in a bit of a hurry to close
a funding gap re barracuda, i.e subsequent to osa’s director buy?

only 30% rise on bid side to get the 4.25 placees
back to breakeven, so onwards and upwards.

bought a bunch back, (tho’ currently still
longer overall in RDSB rather than BP.)

one issue that doesn’t seem to have attracted much comment is the
timing for that RNS — *why now? * ... as it’s been more than half a year
since the original announcement about the DBI hook-up ... so what has
happened recently to force osa into issuing this ‘further information /
clarification’? - one possibility is that the nomad has leaned on osa
to issue this RNS, but that still wouldn’t address the question, why now?

oil price falling like a stone, as also share prices of the majors ... if ADME’s
not careful, might end up being the day’s best performing oil share, lol.

but i prefer not to waste my money here.

i do not hold any shares in ADME. i consider it univestable,
particularly given the poor leadership & governance issues.
