hi manifesto. perhaps take a look at the 24/9/20 PDF regarding ‘bus club’
CVA on the companies house website? - you will see that all the shares in
bus club are owned by mr chapman ... the basis of the CVA is that the bus
club (i.e. effectively, mr chapman) says it will gradually sell off its shares in
flagship in order to satisfy its creditors. ... but it’s a curious thing, that so
far all the sales from bus club (i.e. effectively mr chapman) have all been to
that same mr chapman — as the CVA supervisor puts it, “All share sales so far
have been to a related party.” ... could make one wonder, ? whether this very
recent s/price rise for flagship *might* be chapman buying from chapman?

so there is some connection of flagship to whetstone, via chapman ...
& whetstone, of course, has a connection to WRN through the ‘gifting’.

i think the main issues about ADME are really about the quality (or
otherwise) of its assets and finances. the presentational issues
obviously do matter for AIM shares, particularly in terms of short-term
price movements on sentiment, but in the medium/longer term what
really matters is whether a company actually has good quality assets
acquired at a reasonable price, and whether it is has the right expertise
& financial power (cash flow, access to low cost funding, etc) to be able to
develop & milk those assets). osa can do as many PR calls presentations
as he wants, but those don’t actually change the fundamentals of what
the company has. (you can put lipstick on a pig, but it ‘s still stays a pig.)

as per stille’s 06:04 article, vaccine scientists will need to keep
monitoring / assessing whether repeated use of the same viral
vector leads to less utility over time; that is not a certainty, but
it is a possibility, & hence an important issue to keep an eye on.

(‘though fairly irrelevant for medium/longer term AZN
share price imv. covid vaccine issues bit of a sideshow.)

stille, i do already understand the issue. but yet again, the article
which you posted at 06:04 does not give data about frequency or
degree, & it certainly does *not* support the bald assertion you made
yesterday at 12:31 that the “... body rejects viral vector on 3rd dose.”

(there’s a clue in the first sentence of that reuters article, the word, “.. may..”)

these articles are highlighting a possibility that *might* eventually lead to
*some* reduction in useful immune response, but the actual likelihood
& extent of that, if any, still remain to be seen with the AZN covid vaccine.
