11:43, evidenced application for a norwich pharmacal order would do it, but they are expensive to implement, so you’d need to pretty darn sure you would manage to secure a payout at the end of it. they are often threatened on rampy AIM chatboards, but seldom initiated.

no. i do not really believe that they *need* to employ many of the folks they do, at the rates they do … i suspect it’s simply been a case of they do it because they can. shareholders have let ‘em get away with it b/c they’ve distracted by all the carrot-dangling / jam tomorrow of ‘asset sales’.

EUA has been a gravy train for the BoD, umpteen consultants, advisors and various associates, some we know about and probably imv some we don’t (particularly from a ‘marketing’ perspective).

80% loss would be better than 100% loss.

important in investing to be prepared to cut losses when necessary, preserve capital and live to fight another day. common pis failings with shares are (1) they tend to take profits on winners too soon, and (2) they are too slow to cut losses.

“…admitting defeat…” not a particularly helpful concept with shares, as starts to bring in too much emotionality. shares don’t care about pi pride one way or the other.

Martin, but you *do* appear to think that this time will be different, with others finally agreeing its a bust and becoming willing to pursue legal action. me, i think you’re wrong about that &i HITS is right —> it’ll be just more of the same, goalposts moved yet again, and the enthusiasts will go along with that (& of course the shills will also pretend to).

Broader point really is that the volume has been dismal for a long time and remains so. market not that interested in EUA anymore, bit of a zombie share these days. doesn’t take a lot of excess supply / wish to exit to gradually push s/p lower and lower, but if there’s ever a serious attempt by chunky holders here to exit the s/price will just collapse v pronto.

GM402, i agree with the sentiment, but unfortunately i think your appeal is unlikely to work because much of the name-calling takes place specifically with the intention of preventing or silencing discussion of the company / share itself, while a smaller part of the name-calling happens simply because some individuals wouldn’t have a clue how to discuss a share in the first place but are feeling upset about losses and want to say something, anything.

Don’t be daft welcher. if someone bought in the 20s, &then tried averaging down since then, they would be underwater on virtually every buy, and their overall average would be above this price. that’s just basic arithmetic, since people have not (so far, lol!) been able to make many purchases below 2.4p.

I think admin have been removing some of the posts which used offensive language to personally abuse other posters, as per lse t&c (tho’ more usually imv on this board admin appear to give some of the rampers a free pass with foul language).

Lol, yes, fair point! … i was thinking about what had happened with the share price since someone would have bought in at 25p (per the earlier posts). no feasible way that someone could have started with buys in the 20s, then ‘averaged down’ without being at a loss down at this s/price. they would just have lost even more money, with those ‘averaging down’ purchases also each being underwater too..

EUA s/p currently hovering pretty close to the all time lows. anyone who bought in higher and then averaged down will be sitting at a loss, pretty much arithmetically impossible not to be.
