? why would it be such a bizarre idea, if someone actually believed what amit has been promising? - several IDs who post on this site claim to believe amit that very big payouts are coming very soon … manfromdelmonti, for instance, has previously posted saying he tried to ask amit if he could buy some more… do you think he was fibbing?

“the order book’s closed” means nothing at all in relation to this private, unlisted overseas company with only one director, amit, and no regulator / nomad etc —-> since there is nothing at all to stop amit from issuing and selling as many shares as he wants, and changing his mind as often as he wants about that.

? if cloudtag had very valuable technology, and a slam-dunk deal to sell that to a major for loads of dosh, then why didn’t supposedly very rich mr amit just use his own money to fund any remaining bits and bobs, legals etc, rather than sell shares to others?

The slight snag is you ‘invested’ your money into one of amit’s firms, not one of shlomo’s.

If there really were ultra strict NDAs in place, rather odd that so any posters claim they’ve had private comms with amit tipping them the wink about e.g J&J, etc.

— either all those posters have been lying, or amit’s been v naughty re NDAs, or there are no such NDAs.

(1) amit has made many, many promises, but never delivers on them. jmho, based on repeated past performance, his word (at least in relation to cloudtag) is effectively worthless.

(2) there has never been any kind of independently verifiable, public domain evidence to show that cloudtag has any significant, commercially viable & valuable IP, tech, service or product.

—> “most likely scenario”, therefore, is just more of the same, with zero return to pis.

“positive” views entirely dependent on amit’s word alone.

… why didn’t amit just fund it himself rather than keep selling shares? — yup, that’s a fair question too, eh. his pretendy fans on here claim that he’s very rich, and also claim that there’s a huge cash payout coming from this marvellous completed deal selling cloudtag’s secret tech — but if the above was true, then why would amit have been selling shares to others, instead of just funding it himself and pocketing those vast deal profits?

no evidence there are large extant shorts against EUA any more, the main shorters cashed in long ago, and not possible to arrange new shorts — ? so what incentive would anyone have to pay someone to post negative views about EUA?

I’m not sure it would be about being less greedy, since if amit could find a way to both buy more time, but also rekindle a small spark of enthusiasm for at least a few punters, it might mean that he could sell even more shares again. ker-ching!

Martin, just watch out for the possibility that a handful of posters get a small payout, which might help keep the rest more willing to believe that their cheque might one day be in the post. …sometimes it’s worth chucking out a handful of corn to recruit some additional marketing & pacify ‘les autres’?
