Also, chimers, these shares are not “suspended”, as per your 13:49 post, because they are *not* listed on any market at all … i.e. cloudtag has nothing to be ‘suspended’ from in the first place.

(? perhaps you are confusing the current situation from the one several years ago, when a different company, also called cloudtag, was listed on the london AIM market?)

By the way, i remain puzzled why enthusiasts like you believe that any shorters would want to post on this chatboard.

…let’s assume just for the sake of argument, that (a) there really are some significant shorts open on cloudtag, and also (b) that cloudtag has already genuinely completed a major deal which will definitely result in $275,000,000 being distributed to shareholders very soon. [*although of course i do not actually believe either of this points, myself!]

Phoenix, no definition of those terms are offered, and there is nothing at all to stop amit changing this mind about anything at all with this private, unlisted, overseas registered company with no other directors, no nomad etc.

… even if the announcement was genuinely meant to mean that there will not be any further cloudtag shares issued, there is nothing that would stop amit/ cloudtag from simply changing his mind about that, and selling some more.

amit did not explain what was meant by this in that cloudtag update, not defined at all.

and amit can pretty much do what he likes with cloudtag as a private, overseas registered unlisted company where he is the sole director, with no nomad etc to provide any oversight. so even if the book was ‘closed’ one week, there is nothing at all to stop amit from then ‘re-opening’ the book the week immediately after (and without have to tell anyone he has done so).

meanwhile, still zero independently verifiable evidence in the public domain that anyone has actually agreed to pay cloudtag $275,000,000 (or indeed, anything at all, as yet) for any tech or IP.

Hubba trots out amit’s cv for another airing, which as well as puffing his involvement in some deals more than 20 years ago, includes the gem:

according to companies house, amit is not just “a director” - rather, he is the *only* director, and has been for many years.

… and from the accounts shown on that site, it’s virtually a zombie company imo, with finances that look like a dumpster fire. i see no public domain verifiable evidence that this company is actually conducting any significant business to bring in decent cash. (but very happy of course to read evidence anyone else can find that shows a different position? - i’ve asked before but no one came up with anything)

‘companycheck’ is one of many firms claiming to provide assessments and credit reports concerning companies and directors based on the info available at UK’s companies house filings ( - but obviously won’t have access to non-UK based cloudtag’s accounts which don’t get published anyway -). … possibly worth a glance for an illustration of how impressive they think amit’s uk directorship really is?
