AIM4, we used to deal with maxwell back in the mid-80s … strange combination of excitement and fear whenever he was asking for prices, because he dealt in serious size, and was willing to leave us a nice margin on trades, but our credit control peeps were scared witless as everyone knew he was well dodge, so there was always that risk of the house of cards coming down while we had significant exposure to him in our book.

meanwhile, still no independently verifiable evidence that any large publicly listed company has actually paid $275,000,000 for any cloudtag software or intellectual property. ? …soon, maybe…?

…i recall some of the amit fanboys have the idea that friday afternoons can often be a preferred time for amit to update, but maybe johnson and johnson, or musk, or buffet, bill gates, or whoever, might also like to put out that independently verifiable confirmation of the $275 million payment on a friday at 4.30pm/5pm too?

Scott, bear in mind though that the fans of amit ben-haim over on the CTAG board are convinced that they are about to have confirmation on or before october 6th 2023, from a independent large multinational company, that they are paying $275,000,000 to cloudtag, and cloudtag shareholders will therefore imminently be receiving a payout of 22p per share. (most of their chatter concerns johnson and johnson.). tbh it sounds like utter nonsense to me, but some of the CTAG fans on twitter also sounding perky, and it’s a quantum universe, so they say.

Phoenix, the provider of the CFD may or may not buy shares to hedge their net position in relation to cloudtag shares. that’s a risk management choice for them.

but *you* do not own *any* cloudtag shares if you only have a CFD position. nobody can borrow *your* shares as you do not own any at all.

you’re a bit confused, phoenix. if you only have a CFD position, you don’t actually own any cloudtag shares, so it would not have been possible for anyone to borrow shares from you.
