Hi All. There is a mega battle going on in the COMEX. The commercials are throwing in the kitchen sink to try to keep the price below $1700, it will be very interesting to see the COT report in a few days. The big 4 commercials are working together to keep the POG under control. It will only take one of them to break ranks and $3000/oz is almost guaranteed. Load up, the ride will be wild. ATB Speedy

Hi Lairyliam. Nothing can ever make up for that, to read peoples stories of lost life savings and people talking suicide. Private investors are nothing to the big boys(JPM) etc. I am convinced this share will come good but there is no better advice than only invest what you can afford to lose. ATB Speedy

Hi All. It is time to hold, add, top slice or sell, i have made my decision and against all my trading knowledge i have decided to "hold for gold". The next few days will reveal if good or bad decision. The POG has breached $1700 by quite a bit now, the bullion banks will try to pull it back below $1700 this afternoon, i never ever short so i am doing a sell on the POG and waiting the expected pull back to dive back in at $1690. I now have 3 stocks, GGP, WPM, GDXJ makinf up 90% of my portfolio, this is totally outside my comfort zone. Hi Wiltshireman. Gold ETFs are great for short term trades. I personally do not believe the bullion banks have ponied up 3000tons of gold. If you do your research you will find the likes of JPM listed as custodians, not good. The gold is not there for delivery from ETFs and in a "poo hitting the fan" you will be paid out in worthless $$ the day before a massive rerate in the POG. Hold physical. ATB Speedy
