Hi Bancal. I.M.O. SIPPs look inviting because of the tax incentives, but in reality you are just delaying paying taxes until you draw down, not only paying taxes on your profits but also on your original capitol. Of set some of your SIPP payments to buy physical metals or if you are happy with your SIPP talk to a pension specialist about commodity SIPPs these are specialised and allow physical metals to be held in a SIPP. My biggest problem with P.M. ETFs is they are controlled by the big banks and when the real hsit hits the fan they will declare a "force majour" and pay you out in worthless $£, when that happens you can bet your house that the next day gold/silver will rerate to the upside massively. I wish you well in whatever course you take. This is not advice but just my understanding of these matters. ATB Speedy
