It would be interesting to know where Umars advisory fee will be assigned in the accounts - it's a pretty hefty number 2 million for a single advisor.... Or are there more of them on such undisclosed and hidden numbers?

I mean it wasn't that long ago the company alloted 8 million quid to to Umar (before the final acquisition of the remainder) through plt by "mistake" ...

Signed off by the the cfo and ceo at the time....

Stamped by the auditors...

Then highlighted by shadowfall and the company swiftly had to adjust the "mistake"....

They were basically giving boohoo groups money to Umar via plt....

Maybe the mistake was thinking nobody would notice...

Lord knows what they could be up to now....

Time for one more i suppose.... still expecting positive fcf ?.... you are wrong more times than a broken clock.... get bracing for a pasting when the full year results come out.

Another question for you Hexam.

Lets say Debenhams does over £120m revenue, which should give a profit in excess of £10m, what market cap would you assign to it with the brand heritage, growth and trading profitably

I must have missed the capital markets day....

Yes kach I know, he also helped boohoo in the early years.

Makes no odds, as I said - I believe he came back with good intentions but has now seen the dark side and doesn't want to be a part of what is very likely to happen here.

I have emails off him offering to speak on the phone and also telling me how good the company is and he believed there were green shoots etc.... Then the next thing he's leaving?! Makes no sense.

I sent this message to Mahmud on WhatsApp last Oct - the same as what I said to everyone at the company via email... Lets see how that ages!

At last years agm I also told everyone I spoke to the company is absolute junk, including emma who you spoke to yesterday.... They all seemed shocked as if I was wrong.... Share price was 38p then.... Heading for single digits (5p imo).... Maybe I wasn't so wrong after all.

Honestly if you can go, attend the agm this year and you will really see what a bunch of airheads they really are.
