Well the year before we had revenue of 1.4 odd billion and ticked up a loss of 160 million

This year the revenue was 1.2 odd billion and nothing has improved in the business of note so it would safe to assume a similar loss to last year to start with, then add the 100 million loss on the usdc, then the 40 million stock right down, then the additional pain that 200 million less revenue would likely inflict.... 300 million loss looks quite likely....

Southcoast you seem to forget that the PLC is registered in Jersey and therefore operates under Jersey rules.

Jersey has no deadline for an AGM, the only penalty I can see is for late filing of the annual return. Which is the princely sum of £10k"

Directors can face legal action themselves for holding an agm late.

Makes sense to have 21 days notice of the meeting and in that same period have 21 days to review the accounts and oust Kamani, kane and Dan.
