The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Yes there was 20 million set aside, and it ended up getting settled in vouchers of a small amount per claim which would likely end up with people spending on top of the voucher value.....

don't most retailers do this though. we have all bought in a sale, looked at the rrp and thought 'that's a load of *******s',"
I dare say there's a lady out there in "cornwall" thinking the same thing after getting married....
Little bit of misinformation needs correcting in this below....

Few more quid disappearing from the coffers."
And thats just under that username.... Add them up to get the full picture of the lun
I sicked in my mouth when I read kpa post that the other day.... They weren't so super cool when they were all bleating on during the covid crash....
Broke take a read of that.... Years and years of mismanagement, private equity, dept, dividends, everything all done wrong, 3 ipo's.... Complete and utter mismanagement.

Below from THG.... Infrastructure... Infrastructure... Infrastructure... Just starting to pay off from the investments they have made...
Boohoo's accelerated infrastructure increase could prove to be a master stroke.... 4 billion revenue capacity...
"This was fuelled by an 11.1% uptick within its beauty division at constant currency, as sales dipped 5.8% and 4.9% respectively from THG's nutrition and its Ingenuity e-commerce solutions businesses.
βThe accelerated infrastructure investments made during 2019-2022, specifically into our fulfilment network and tech capabilities, are playing a significant part in delivering competitive advantage,β chief executive Matthew Moulding said.,"
Broke you have kind of highlighted my point - debenhams took more than 1 - 2 years to prove it wasn't viable as it was.
No real entrepreneur or investor judges the viability of a new business by looking at 1 or 2 years of numbers, let alone a business that has 15 years of near flawless performance until it was hit with post pandemic problems....
You can tell the people here that have owned businesses in the real world and not just fantasy companies.
Ocean - boohoo are still aggressively chasing growth in one of the toughest times, a multitude of exterior forces have dramatically hit profitability over the last 2 years.
I don't think there are many clothing retailers that haven't hit a tough point in their history, next, sports direct and many more have all bounced back strong....
Regardless of whats posted here, the online clothing market is set to treble in the uk over the next 5 years...
Boohoo are in a position now to capture a nice chunk of that market...
Bfd - hexam is the complete Internet troll - he makes daytradenovice look amateur. Just check his history - arguments with multiple posters across multiple boards day in day out.... So far though I'm the only person he has requested to leave him alone which I take as a win.
Watch the video I posted earlier - that is hexam to a T.
Spk... That's why shein are desperate to list on a stock exchange..... The owner is like a cat on a hot tin roof....

"Oh and coasty, you cant even lie consistently. I have actually never owned 6 houses, nor said as such, but then again math hasnt been your best skill either has it?"
Was this before he bought 6 properties? π
Kpa just another one of the "usual suspects"....
Did you meet him before or after the market mentally destroyed him....
Everything i have seen him give advice on has ended up the wrong way round....
Doesn't sound a very competent investor tbh....

No point in investing anymore i think, getting proper fed up of this nonsense.
Watch your capital depreciate daily, often due to stupid management decisions. Then see your divi income taken away as well.
Systems broken.
