When Frasers sought to replace some board members, one of the reasons investors like myself voted against was your promise to improve shareholder communications.

Additionally, you promised a capital markets day and a speedy business review to unlock value for all shareholders.

This was last October.

Since then the share price has halved, there has been no Capital Markets day or output from the business review.

If anything, communications have got worse.

Your share price continues to plummet on a daily basis yet you do nothing at all to support it.

This is a truly shocking state of affairs.

Perhaps you could confirm why you never communicate anything positive about the business, despite a whole load of great long term partnerships being developed. A closed period is no excuse for this lack of communication

Perhaps you could confirm that the AGM and accounts will be released in a timely enough manner to avoid suspension.

Do you realise the amount of shareholder fury you are creating by your pointless silence.

Could well be if they drop stinking results this week, if no results then 13p likely with the current trend of losing 2p per week, then on to 11p next week.

You are certainly tempting fate with the continued talk of suspension...

Especially when considering how many times this company has cancelled capital markets days, lied to shareholders about 2 x dates for the release of the annual results, lied about shareholder value, lied about a credible plan, hidden ridiculous fee's paid to the chairmans son, lied about corporate structure....

What ever is holding up results needs to be sorted pretty damned quick as if it isn't sorted by the end of this month then the company will be suspended.

If they wrote a book on how to destroy shareholder value it would read like this companies rns history for the last 4 years!

Was it not all time lows today at 15.3p or has it hit lower already?

I have posted already that I thought it would be 12p on results but it looks likely to hit that before results if the slide continues.
