If they get voted off the board it is not frasers job to replace them, that job falls down to the remaining directors, its part of their duties.

Lets be honest there are only two people here pretending to be happy with Dan and the board.

Frasers being around sort stops the kamanis nicking the whole company or certainly makes ot a lot harder.

That's not to say it won't go into administration, it depends on how paly the relationship might be with Mahmud and whether they wish to have a court battle with frasers. Let's not forget frasers supported the company in the recent placing.

Had it not have been for frasers this would have long ago disappeared and wiped shareholders out.

Administration is a massive gamble as frasers could outbid and take the lot.

I believe the company will have instructed an administrator by now for advice on their options, the administrator may well advise that highly dilutive placing is the safest option for Kamani, a placing where both kamani and Frasers take part. Although it will be a massive annoyance to Kamani it is still a chance for him to grab a huge chunk of the company while small shareholders get smahed to pieces. Frasers also win this way.

There's certainly a reason the company are purposefully destroying the share price. (the same is happening at revb)

Don't forget - while private investors are just sat waiting and praying that the next update is good, the board are looking years ahead and what is happening now will have been one of many outcomes they prepared for 2 years ago.
