Boohoo used an rcf to buy shares in another company, that they then forced control of, then cancelled loads of products and killed the revenue of that company and destroyed the value in the process

The directors of both companies have broken their basic duties they signed up too...

Unless of course they apply fpr temporary suspension themselves die to accounts not be complete.

Frasers saw one opportunity with the time frame that was available at that time.

Since that time the situation has changed dramatically, i.e most of the money has gone and the company is seeking emergency funding.

Frasers will have no interest in taking over the running of company in its current format when it is so close to going bang - they may as well let the current board finish the job off then bid for the assets.

Shareholders just don't seem to want to believe how bad things will be in the background..

A non director, A non employee came in and made major changes to the business and in the process charged and undisclosed figure for the "service"...

Turning the business into a market place is not a strategic review.

I stated at the time that the strategic review should have been outsourced - its ludicrous that the same people who destroyed the company are doing a strategic review.

Fair play you are all a bunch of crooks. 

All the promises you made to shareholders when you were begging and grovelling for their support, promising better shareholder communications and a capital markets day, then you just go completely silent! No capital markets day, delayed results and a delayed agm. 

Every one of you, whether it be the company Nomad or communication advisers, your corrupt behaviour has allowed Mahmud Kamani to single handedly destroy not just one, but two companies. Boohoo and Revolution beauty have been destroyed by utter lunacy and incompetence. (or purposeful fraud) 

Self serving behavior to stuff your own greedy pockets with ill gotten gains. 

Even Glass lewis and Iss were fooled and gave you a helping hand in destroying shareholder value. 

I've met some scumbags in my time but you guys will take some beating. 

I am also in a running dialogue with the fca regarding this company and all of the crooks involved with it.

To state there will be a capital markets day 2 years in a row via rns, and then not hold the stated capital markets day is blatant market abuse - they lied to the market. By definition that is market abuse.

Administration only affects users with more than 2 percent of their portfolio in any one share... 😊😅😂
