Interesting point with asos vs boo...

When Asos had a wobble a short time ago there were 2 posters banging on over here...

Both bf and Jeremy where posting "Whats going on over at asos" and "there must be a leak etc etc... Every day they were banging on...

Then there was some hefty buying by the larger shareholders of asos and the sp recovered....

Then when Boohoo tanks bf is blaming the mm"'s and black magic....definitely not a leak guv...

Notably no big buys over here though eh😉

The closed period and lock out from buying seems to be suiting management here right now... Surely if it was a bargain they would want to get the news out and be allowed to buy at these ABSOLUTE BARGAIN levels ???

If they're delaying things for a potential offer over at revb then they are delaying for something that might not even happen

Revb need to release their results and also would need to put an offer forward to shareholders to vote on, this would also require an egm with 14 days clear notice...

Boohoo currently have approximately 5 weeks to release their own results and set a date with 21 clear days for their own agm...

Strikes me as they're all running for cover before releasing the dog poo under Dans "leadership"

There's been plenty of mistakes including 8 million pumped into plt profits that belonged to Boohoo shareholders.... It was an honest mistake guv....

The actual rns was headed "Debenhams is back"

It also contains this -

"The business review remains ongoing and a further update will be provided with our full year results."

So was the march 11 full year results or not?

The difference being that revb was a brilliant company until boohoo got their hands on it, they have destroyed it alongside boohoo...

If revb goes into administration and is bought out by boohoo then I'd bank on boohoo group doing the same within 6 months and taking all the shareholders to the cleaners....

What was the guidance foloss for this current year?

If the xmas trading figures are of no importance, why did the company regularly give an xmas trading update?
