The difficulty for the company is that they want the sp over 2p to benefit from the Lanstead deal. But CPI are happy selling into it.

I think they have a key price of 1.5p that they seem to be keen selling at.

The interesting thing is that whilst they may have sold up to 7.8m on Friday, we still had volume over 21m on that day and the two before, plus today being fair volume.

Hale, they crossed the 5% threshold on Friday, ending on 4.32% so even if they only sold 0.68% that’s still over 4m

Hope the company aren't ignoring the sp, as the clock starts ticking on Thursday for the 20 day average that will determine the first Lanstead payment.

Goup, last week you were celebrating the increase in sp, so you can’t really come back now and say to ignore it.

That was quite self evident.

The question is whether there is a buyer, which doesn't look evident.

Lol, happy isn't the word I'd use. But my frustrations are more with the shareprice than with the company. I understand the process they are going through with NXP002 and feel it is appropriate.

I'm fed up with the sp movement rather than the company.

Certainly doesn’t encourage buyers with this level of constant selling.
One thing I can’t fathom is the imbalance of trades, one a crude level since Friday morning we have seen 17.8m sells vs. 4m buys. (excludes automated trades).
So, even with walking down the price, MM’s aren’t finding buyers, leaving them with a lot of stock on their hands that they’ve paid a higher price for.

Back to where we were at the start of last week.... oh well.

The timing also plays into why they signed up with Lanstead, they will have known for a while that Oxilio have pushed back the timing of the clinical trials from Q1 2022 to Q3 2022, so won't get any milestone payments to the tail end of the year and needed an income source.

While we wait Oxilio have news on OXL001, they're a bit behind their original programme but now moving towards clinical.

Oxilio signed a research agreement with TRx Biosciences in January 2021, to evaluate the performance of TRx Biosciences’ technology platform within Oxilio’s OXL001 programme. The TRx Biosciences technology offers the potential to address bioavailability and pharmacokinetic challenges in achieving and maintaining efficacious exposure whilst enhancing tumour uptake to maximise the utility of OXL001’s pharmacology.

As a result of successful formulation optimisation and encouraging preclinical evaluation, Oxilio and TRx Biosciences have begun work on the first human study for the clinical evaluation of the novel formulation of OXL001. It is anticipated that the first subject will be dosed later in 2022, with the study concluding by the end of the year.

Interesting to see that last week Chris Blackwells company Promentra was wound up at his request. This was his vehicle as a consultant so seems quite a big thing for him to do and ties in with his leaving last Feb for personal reasons.
He now isn’t involved with any business as far as I can tell.
