Ebers have been flapping around trying to undertake an RTO in Canada for the past year, the main stumbling block they've hit is that they need to submit their accounts but they keep failing to do so. They have until end of March to do this now.
They recently incorporated in the UK at Companies House, so may have changed tack.

Not sure exactly what they're up to whimax. They started appearing last Monday, also at the same time the EMS quantity jumped up from 50,000 to 250,000.

I wondered if it was related Stanford coming on board, but as far as I can find they don't have rights to provide direct market access.

Certainly mid last week, we repeatedly saw someone try to buy on the bid and then increase when they didn't get a seller.

In crude terms since last monday, in terms of A trades we have seen 9.27m buying the bid and 5.85m selling the ask without going the any of the MM's

All today someone has been ready to buy 1m and 400k at 1p and 1.04p respectively not through any of the MM's, now they have been joined by someone wanting to buy 500k at 1.05p.

Last week there were lots of buys in this way, far outweighing the sells not involving any MM.

Chab, in fairness it is up to the seller to notify the company. NFX has always told the market in good time, the problem before was Chorlton not telling the company he’d sold.

CPI will have their parameters for investing to work with. They typically provide very early stage funding and then exit on development. They are also a not-for-profit set up.

The bigger issue for us is that if, as we expect, CPI are selling up, then they’ll be dropping a further 26.6m shares into the market, alongside Lanstead feeding 5.5m into the market.

Last week we have seen that their sell suppressed the market and that was a 7.8m sale whilst we had a weekly volume of 83m.

They certainly understand jiving, it’s a calculated risk. They may see it over the 20 month period and say ok it may be below the 2p line for the first few months, but as long as it is above for the majority then they benefit.

In an ideal world it’s above the 2p mark from day one. But as we all know, life with NFX is not ideal.
