As to the broker and PR changes, I don't see this as a precursor to anything or as a preclusion of anything. I get the feeling AR wasn't too happy with the downbeat nature of last two broker notes that weren't written by Allenby.
Also Stanford do seem to be favoured by companies also associated with Lanstead.

FX, I somehow don’t quite believe that JH would have a spare £1.5m available to exercise her options at this point in time.

FX, its worth bearing in mind the the new warrants are 3m each at 1.45p. So if they cashed out at that level it would only be £43.5k, which I doubt is much of an incentive to any of them.

Its more realistic that they foresee a price much higher otherwise they would have awarded at greater quantity.

As you say Gilbert and Maddy got paid 9k for all of last year. So at least this provides some form of incentive/reward.

FX, I'm sure JH will be glad to see her 37 million options expire in October this year if we don't reach 4p.

The key thing is when they can exercise the warrants from. Its not likely to be this year.
Those due this year are 37m options each for JH and DG exercisable at above 4p each and expire in October.

NXP001 has been phase one ready for a couple of years, thats what they are referring to.

Exactly goup, NFX needed to make NXP002 into an inhaler product otherwise it wouldn't be protected under patent. The problem was that they didn't have the expertise to do so. AB came in with that expertise and has produced.
The delay is purely at the CRO end and nothing to do with management, we are a tiny fish and have to bend to the requirement of the CRO who has much bigger clients.
