The problem is more that people think what they want to happen, then get annoyed with the board when it doesn't tally with what the company is actually doing.

It implies you weren't listening to what the company was telling you.

Next point B009, when Anne resigned Riddell (or Ridley) said on camera that they would not be seeking a replacement until after the pre-clinical results. Why were you expecting them to appoint earlier?

B009, there is something called checking your post before you press 'post message', its free and easy and shows you are actually bothered about what you write.

Recruitment shouldn't affect director purchases, as long as they aren't purchasing in the time between appointing someone and notifying the market.

Also just by way of a bigger company example, at Glaxo their CSO bought a load of shares on 24 Nov last year then reported positive vaccine phase 3 test data on 7 December.

FX, I would disagree to an extent about when they can release news. The FCA rules only state that the PDMR purchase cannot be within a 30-day closed period prior to interims or prelims, or in the space of time say between the company signing a contract and announcing it to market.
There are plenty of examples of companies announcing director purchases and the following week announcing the likes of test data results. An example being TILS last year with Chairman buying on 21st May and then on 26th May announcing positive data results.

Partly yes FX, the board as a whole decide the strategy, that is their role.

It is then up to the exec members to enact that strategy. At the moment that is only AR at senior level as they only have one employee.

Alex Eberlin appears to be still employed by the company, but given they don't have a lab, I don't know what he'd actually be doing.

All are non-exec roles (except AB and now AR), so they are only involved in board meetings and strategy.

Hence Julian and Maddy only got paid 9k for the year.

The business development role will be executive so they will be the ones doing the work.

People selling up for 50 or 60 quid profit.
