Thanks filter, it’s not easy when certain groups descend to spook investors out of their position. As I kept saying yesterday, funny how panda and the likes will never talk about what assets the company have and their potential value. Also funny how they only decided to post on nfx for the first time yesterday all using the same terminology. Almost as if somebody was directing them.

VRS lanstead deal done on 23 March 2020, shareprice was at 32p, subscription was at 40p.
Price then rose up to 70p following this then peaked near 80p. So again no drag there.
Dropped back down to current 25p on doubling of yearly losses.

KEFI, again pointless trying to compare, they signed up with Lanstead and in the following months were hit by a lawsuit and a state of emergency in Ethopia followed by a change of government judging on their licences where their main interest lay. Hardly anything to pin on their subscription.

Now tell me, what value do you place on NXP002 and NXP004?

For those who want another example of Lanstead, they undertook the same subscription type with AFC Energy in October 2014 at 10p shareprice.
AFC then traded up to 60p and at an average of 30p through to the end of the subscription phase over 18 months.

So it doesn't necessarily drag.

B009, Lanstead will make money on both directions, otherwise there is no attraction for them. They stand to make more with it going upwards, also because they now also have a 1.5% stake for themselves outside of this subscription.

So, let look at this from the company side.

You want financing so that you can undertake your work, so you look at this option of a subscription.

As a company you'd look at it and say, well we have to make sure the sp is at or above the benchmark to release the full funds, do we have a pipeline of news that will achieve that?
If you have no pipeline of news then you will not be releasing funds for your work, so pointless to start such a scheme. The company must be confident of achieving the benchmark otherwise they can't achieve the funding.

Early 2022 will see the nxp002 feasibility package wrapped up with the conclusion of durability testing. They know it works with commercially available nebulisers so just a matter of dosing parameters.
Alongside this they are actively pursuing taking NXP004 back to its originator, which may take a bit of time but we'll see.

Exactly Older, people flapping around over the subscription never seem to want to address the value here.

So, firstly, the first shares are issued this Friday onto the stock exchange. So no, Lanstead will not be selling shares into the market.

"Admission and dealings in the First Subscription Shares and the First Value Payment Shares is expected to commence at 8.00am on 17 December 2021."

The shares are issued at 1.5p, the proceeds then sit with Lanstead. Every month they will look at the 20 day performance of the sp and allocate monies as per the transaction guidelines. This is then paid 3 months later.

Good timing blood, 8 mins ago bid was over 1.2p up from 1.1p so yes a bounce.

FX, just back on the upfront payments.

That's the revenues in the period.

Filter, I don't take much notice of this so called 'death spiral' nonsense. They conveniently ignore what the company is actually doing and the potential value of the product.

FX, sorry but I disagree. They Oxilio RNS states "Nuformix is eligible to receive an undisclosed upfront payment, development milestone payments and a royalty on net sales, capped at GBP2 million per annum."

They received the upfront payment in September. The milestones tie in to development which is happening next year.

They have not received any milestones yet as they are not due.
