aj, they haven't released any data, Oxilio are a private company, but the fact that they are gearing up for clinical trials shows they are confident.

So NFX have repurposed aprepitant to be used for CINV indications and Oxilio have recognised a reformulation of NXP001 for oncology indications.

As FX, I'm confused by the statement in todays RNS about Quotient clinical trials for CINV.

aj, the whole point of NFX is drug repurposing through cocrystal development.

The company identify an existing drug that is used for one purpose and seek to develop it for another using cocrystal methods.

As an example (not cocrystal) look at Tecfidera.

It was initially developed and sold from 1994 as Fumaderm only in German as an oral treatment for psoriasis. Biogen then started to look at its use for treatment of multiple sclerosis from 2006, eventually getting FDA approval and selling it as Tecfidera from 2014.

Tecfidera has sales of about $4bn per year in 2020.

Whilst I am partial to the intrigue as to what went on last year, like goup says it’s in the past and it’s extremely unlikely any of us will ever find out what actually transpired.

For me one thing is clear, at the point of DG leaving (for whatever reason) the direction towards inhaler delivery has been made and it was clear that the company did not have the expertise to develop this route, so recruitment of someone of AB’s experience was a must.

Perfectly valid concerns, especially given the shareprice. None of us are immune to feeling despondent at times.

A couple of things to think about, if something untoward was going on, would you have expected JH and DG to have not sold any of their shares? After all they have watched the value of their holding drop by nearly £5million each and not sold any. Why?

Oxilio shareholders will be happy having gone from £14 to £160 in just over a year. Lucky them.

Would be good for lowly NFX to be valued at even half of Oxilio's mcap, given that their most advanced product is solely based on NXP001.
Their funding will now allow them to kick off into Phase 1 clinical trials and release milestone payment to NFX (no matter how little that may be)

Oxilio just raised another £625k valuing themselves at £51.34m mcap.
