I'm not a Yorkshireman but my impression is that if you gain their trust they will stick by you and if you get off on the wrong foot with them its very hard to convince them otherwise.
I'm like that!
I either trust someone or I don't.
Rightly or wrongly I rarely change my view!
I rarely have cause to.
There are many CEO's I don't trust. I therefor would not invest in their companies.
Put simply I trust AS.
Therefor on days like this I do not for one minute question my substantial investment.
This makes

1. I suspected but didn't know that the saliva element of the lfd was not proving as easy as I had originally assumed it would (I think Al called it challenging in the video)
2. I didn't know for certain (but do now) that a scalable lfd was possible (and indeed exists). I know now that we HAVE an lfd test.
This test has performed well in the lab (presumably on clinical samples of the type to be or being evaluated as a precursor to the main clinical study).
I never expected a blockbuster RNS this week (although a bit of rampy pampy is fun!).
For me though one of the positives now is that the fact that we are hedging our bets re saliva is now declared. Just in the same way as the speedy vaccine progress has been declared. The world hasn't caved in! Its just as well for us (and the market) to have factored these in (difficult to see any further black swans now).
If the only things the trolls can throw at us is the delay and Als house its doesn't say much for their contra arguments.

If it hadn't been for Als house RNS a few weeks ago I would have been extremely sceptical about attributing such a rise ad we have seen today to an impending RNS.
But of course now we have that precedent.
It still could be however an extremely strong technical rise (theyve done well to keep it down for so long)

If it is our test that is utilising 60000 samples then the appropriate deduction is that it is considered an EXTREMELY important test.

I was just having another look at the avacta tweets of 10 November.
Up till now I had assumed that when they said they were continuing to make "significant commercial progress" they were referring just to BAMS and ELISA but I now see (something you lot probably already had twigged) that the progress was "for these tests" ie to include the rapid antigen test mentioned in the previous paragraph.
People say this is a high risk share.
I would suggest that while there is a high risk of price volatility (and good luck if you try to trade it) in the next few weeks there is a very low risk of ultimately loosing money from here

Randox..... chequered history failed test but government connections..... still get orders.
Innova Roche Sona the American and the Korean Lfd testers playing games with statistics to advertise their tests.
And Pfizer..... breathtaking irresponsibility trumpeting their half baked problematic vaccine ( on the day the CEO sold a huge wodge of his shares)
You could blame big Al for not joining the bunfight earlier or admire his integrity for wanting to get things right without shortcuts.

Its been said so often on this board.
But its true.
We have the investment opportunity of a lifetime.
I hope investors in ODX GDR NCYT SNG etc do well.
