UK Economy FTSE up nearly 5% in last 4 months
Vaccines much discussed here. Accepted generally they will not affect the market for every decent test that will be produced over the next couple of years at least.

1. The tests don't work? But they do. No question re BAMS and ELISA. Risk that the company is lying to us in the first para of the 23 Nov lfd RNS = Nil. Risk that LFD in clinical trials with our nose friendly swab does not beat the naso pharyngeal horrors = also virtually Nil surely.
2.We can't produce enough? Nice problem to have.
3.There is a further delay of up to a few months before we go commercial? On purpose framed this way as a suggested worst case scenario. Really, What would be the issue?
4. LFD (unlike BAMS and ELISA) is not "best in class"? Unlikely but possible scenario. We'd still make lots of Dosh and as Meat Loaf sang...…….
So lets cut to the chase less of the lazy thinking. What on earth do you mean those of you who say that compared to the average AIM share this one is risky?

I'm a great fan of keep it simple in the sense that I would never let market shenanigans influence my buying and selling but if it comes to trying to interpret rises and falls (mugs game btw) its anything but simple.
There are many potential reasons for todays price action one of the least likely imo being normal market forces

Warren Buffett is apparently fond of quoting Keynes.
Both have/ had the same investment strategy.
The most important thing is pick a good company with good prospects and management you trust.
Then invest and stay invested. Don't try to he too clever.
I see btw we are graced again with the presence if our desperate/obsessive ODX friend.

So if benbenbenben is correct and Porton Down now have their grubby paws on our test then (see last RNS)
Are we past the stage of "evaluating the performance of the test with clinical samples"?
Is Porton Down the "much larger clinical study"?
and indeed "the full clinical validation"?
If so presumably BBI Solutions will be close to (if they haven't already) finalising and validating the manufacturing process?

I'm intrigued by the disconnect between the occasional gloom which prevails on here and the evidence of what lies in store for us.
Look again at the RNS record the presentations the tweets (including Perdita).
We have a wonderful test to out perform pcr in BAMS. I nearly said we were dotting the i's and crossing the t's re its validation but that wouldn't do justice to the magnitude of the trials in process. FFS you'd think it was of national importance or something!
Our lfd hasn't given up yet on saliva unlike almost everyone else (actually maybe we should ditch the "almost" there tho' Mologic are keeping their cards close to their chests. We are amazingly still bullish about it!
The swab lfd is obviously in place as mark one for government purposes (whether or not current tender).
Actually doing a double take on my first comment its not so much gloom I see (more a combination of green and folks insulting the greensters)
I'm assuming the silent satisfied majority are sitting back sipping their pre Christmas beveridges savouring whats to come (food wise and investment wise) and not particularly inclined to comment here?

If this has been your bigggest mistake you are a better investor than I Neutronic.
If its watching other companies going up that gets to you don't worry. Other companies always go up.
Except when you ditch your conviction holdings and go to these other companies. Then they will go down.
In the sleepy covid register so far 50% have done better than us and 50% worse. That during a period of frustrating waiting.
Maybe just a wee bit of perspective?
