As I understand it, the figures announced on 1sr Dec was Nov results (so pretty much the earliest possible date they could have provided them). Nov results is actually a reflection of Oct performance as we are on 30 days payment terms. I guess it would have been possible to indicate likley Nov performance at the same time but I saw the fairly sudden switch from quoting user numbers etc to giving a revenue update was MOS becoming a more serious company. BT don’t RNS their new subscribers and leavers each month so they? They just update the market on revenue. I think the reason why we can and should expect monthly updates as opposed to quarterly/half year is due to the exponential increase and therefore it is material news to update monthly… for now.

I would much rather be allowed to sell a product that doesn’t work than not be allowed to sell one that does work.

Been wondering how to get liquidity back into AIM for ages and this is it…. Vague RNS with no facts/details or numbers.

When SNG announce their P3 covid treatment result rather than muddying the waters with facts such as “decrease risk of death by 70%” and “Have got EUA to supply drug at £2000 a dose” and “manufacturing 100k doses a month as we speak” they are clearly better off saying something like “it works! And we plan to sell a quantity of it”.

Take the above and apply to any AIM stock and we will be all winning soon.

Or even if no material news companies could simply RNS “we have had a really good idea today. End.”

…. This request for money back is a joke. Makes me so angry. How can they be spending billions on their mates tests but asking small British companies who jumped to their call to action to now repay money spent on readying themselves. I only hope and wish that this makes the news/panorama type program. Another huge failing of our current government.

I have taken a heavy hit to my trading account but have added to my SIPP where for obvious reasons I can afford to wait.

No launch is mentioned as Feb 2022 which is actually quite positive. The issue is that you will not know what effect this has had on SP until we eventually list on Nasdaq in 2023.

I think it is positive for those who have 100% confidence they don’t need access to their capital for 18-24 months but there will be people who don’t feel comfortable holding an illiquid asset for so long and therefore have until end Jan to exit I guess.

I guess my understanding was that the guidance for 2021 was given at a time where testing was reducing month on month (I think it was June) and therefore they were taking a view on that trend. In Hindsight June was the lowest testing went and it has bee. Steadily growing since with Nov and now I suspect Dec considerably ramping. I hear what you are saying about Omicron being a 2022 driver but I still had hoped that we were exceeding 2021 forecast. Maybe we are but not to the extent that we need a market update.

What timeframe would this have to happen in? I a starting to think if we don’t hear from them in next day or 2 then we may be getting carried away. All be it that the sp was undervalued given original guidance.

Feels as though we must be raking it in with firstly the uptick in European cases followed by the new PCR guidance and then also the fact that more genome sequencing will be needed which I believe is something NCYT specialise in BUT………

…… aren’t NCYT obliged to update the market as and when it becomes clear that we are out performing previous guidance by a material amount? I would be interested to understand other thoughts on this but I have this nag that by now we should have had an unscheduled positive TU and the fact we haven’t means we could well be on for meeting the previously guidance at year end??

I hear what you are saying about a month in arrears so more to come but I still don’t understand how we got the £650k Rev in 2020 of this is currently our run rate in 2021. Appreciate it will hopefully grow exponentially but the $80k dollars already includes some new revenue streams but doesn’t alone get us higher than last year so what have we lost VLS last year as an income stream?

Correct me if wrong but I think a company are legally obligated to post a trading update as and when it becomes a foregone conclusion that results will be materially different to previous guidance.

If I am right then we would hope to hear from them very soon or else the implication is that despite the sharp rise in global testing we are still on for the guided revenue...?

Personally I felt that no positive updates was priced in (you do know that companies can’t sit on material news just to make their AGM go well?). I am a little dismayed to see the sp action today. If any projects had been cancelled or trials disappointing etc then fair enough but this drop is just market impatience (which if you trust the long term outcomes offer a buying op)

Has the trial with maersk slipped to H2 from H1 or was that always H2. The going straight to commercial opportunities in Utah sounds good but maybe already announced and I had just missed it.

How much does Colin get paid? Never heard him before and he has completely renewed my confidence that I may be CEO material after all. I will be doubling my efforts to impress my bosses from tomorrow... been cruising for too long.

Yep - I spent the 5 minutes glued to HL as he spoke and couldn't believe I wasn't seeing the SP tumbling. Was wondering what others were hearing that I was not but then I realised the market was shut. I think tomorrow should be as bad as today.

He just said he was "really excited" in the least excited tone of voice I have ever heard anyone use.

Covid 19 is 3rd out of 4 on their core business updates. I suggest anyone who wants to invest here looks at the business prior to Covid and decides on any premium they have developed in last 18 months from non covid exploits. Value the company from this.... divide your estimate mcap by the number of shares in circulation and that is your "fair value" SP. I will be amazed if you can get anything higher than mid teens.

It is my understanding that the PTAB will ultimately dictate the jury's decision and therefore they can't really be swayed (correct me if wrong). If this was a tactic by Samsung (and it is quite a cost inefficient tactic) then it was better placed when the trial was due to happen ahead of any PTAB decision.

Not as clued up as some but unless we think that this influences the decision makers in the PTAB then I think we can rule out this having an effect on our compensation.

I can’t believe that anyone would be buying at a premium to pre COVID mcap today as it is clear that be pre COVID the company is in reasonable shape but any premium in sp for COVID is almost irrelevant. It is Nov 2021 and after 18 months of pandemic they are still making single digit revenue and a loss!!

The fact that the opening bullet point on highlights is a non covid story should tell you all. Will all the bullish rampers be apologizing today? I’m sure had results been inexplicably good they would have been calling out the “trolls”/realists so let’s have it the other way shall we.

Please do not buy the dip unless you see the teens… then arguably an average investment based on long term outcomes.

Sorry for the inexperienced investor who got dragged in by all the Twitter and LSE ramps. Not sorry for the bullish posters who have shouted down any conflicting view to their own.

My Biggest concern is how much I trust a company when the CEO feels such a constant need to be so "rampy". I really appreciate the regular updates such as subscriptions and revenue and am looking forward to their updated revenue forecasts but you have to ask yourself "why go above and beyond to push SP" It just makes me woeey there is a placing needed and he is keen to get the highest price (Obvs a good thing) but is it a bit too obvious and transparent? Could he play it a bit cooler, have a bit more statesmanship about him and actually that would elevate the SP. Appreciate it is a fine balance as on miost my stocks I would kill for such regular RNS updates but when the company is so keen to drive SP I do wonder why.
