The Board continues to work closely with BDO to complete the audit of the Group's FY22 accounts and is now working to publish these accounts on or around 30 March 2023.

The Company will continue to work with its Nominated Adviser towards lifting the suspension of trading in its shares as soon as possible following the release of its FY22 accounts. In addition, the Company continues to work towards the publication of its unaudited interim financial statements for the 6-month period to 31 August 2022, which it intends to issue at the same time.

I very much hope the next RNS is the accounts and not another wishy washy pointless note about it coming soon again.

It is 6 months but they may give them a couple of weeks grace if its imminent. If they cant get the accounts out this month they need to provide some serious and detailed explanation as to why, its been insane timeframe as it is.

its more likely to be taken out by a plc Boo, or the like, than taken private, no problem with that for the right price north of a quid. Minto has zero leverage and will more than likely end up in court, he certainly isn't in a position to attempt a a management buyout.

And to add to that, at this stage, the bill for the forensic investigation and accounting fees will, ironically, likely end up larger than any write downs! Can't wait to see these cost lines, but no doubt they will be hidden away ..

your too easily pleased, a lot of PI money been held hostage for what will be getting on for a year, and for what - because an old director lent some money to a supplier. It shouldn't have taken this long as its not on that over all this time we haven't had any indication on current business, they are no legal reason whatsoever why he couldn't have told us how sales have been going since last summer with some detail to back it up. Lets just hope there is some reward and a dramatic spike to make up for it.

The term in or around the 30th' is pathetic, another 5 or 6 weeks but 'in and around' is also a get out clause for that .. No more commentary required as we have nothing to comment on, see you 'in or around the 30th' ... but Im not committing.

just a point on the terminology people keep using, we don't need to 'relist' as we haven't 'delisted' - thats a whole new kettle of fish. We are simply suspended from trading.

the last thing we want is announcement to say there will be an announcement soon, the next piece of news needs to have the accounts attached to it, a cracking FLS and a renew of trading note for the next 48 hours..

I wouldn't read to much into an email from IR, they will say anything to get you off their backs.

they have to ge this trading before the month is out to avoid another headache, if they can't I want to know the details as to why, pure incompetence. BDO need to be gone after this, get PWC in.
