I’d be more ok with the timeline if there was proper explanations accompanied with how well the business was doing in the background. But no it’s the simplest Groundhog Day ‘wait another month’ RNSs and always at the last possible minute when of course they would know days before. If there is a further delay there had better be more colour in tomorrows note.

It’s pathetic to be honest at this stage. Last minute again and another month passes to organise a few numbers on a page. What they don’t know after 8 months they will never know ..

its literally just random numbers, could replace them with anything, but when you are talking 2000 stores you don't need to sell a lot in each for it to add up do you ..

Even if its at 52m with a 10 percent margin on x10 multiple then thats the market cap taken care off as we stand just with Walmart sales ...

Andrew, lets say for a laugh as we are bored, each store sells £500 worth a week, obviously it could and should be many multiples of that. 500x52x2000stores is 52m quid..
could easily be £2000 worth a week so over 400m in revenue. (Could be anything I have no idea, but doesn't take a lot for those multiples to add up!!....)

although many have worked out really well, especially when suspended for positive reasons .. .. pending announcements ..

there is no reason why they can't. unfortunately I've been in 10s of suspended stocks over the years!

the historics are less important than the FLS. Its what the projections look like going forward that will effect the SP the most - so the current and forward looking statement from the company rather that BDOs historics. I hope Bob provides a very good glimpse to the future.

its a double edged sword here, obviously great developments in the business as a whole have been seen during the suspension but non of it has been officially RNSed and the fact that we have not only had zero trading updates, which are perfectly normal during a suspension, plus the fact that we get a monthly extension to the suspension (usually via a very short RNS on the last day of the month!) is very unprofessional and suggest they can't stick to any sort of timelines or manage the expectations of shareholders, its pitiful. All I can say is if they don't get these accounts out in the next 3 days after a second month of carrots dangling they really need to do a conference call or something for holders to explain what's going on. Whether it's BDO or not it's the company that answers to shareholders not the auditors. if they auditors are this bad get another crowd in, it's pretty simple.

I think its more likely Boo jumped on what they perceived to be dirt cheap shares, and expect a bigger cosmetics co or Private Equity to buy revb at which point they will make multiples in the sale themselves, funds that they drastically need to keep their current business afloat. I may be wrong ..
