They have to include contact info in RNSs, but in the end they don't want to deal with small holders, if you are TR1 or institutional different story. Sad but relatively normal.

If they don’t get accounts out this month it’s 100% holts fault. Not for the delay, (if that’s BDOs fault) but for the totally unprofessional series of RNSs that claim ‘this is the month’. It’s pathetically bad PR, worse than the delay itself - if you’re not sure say nothing .. once an error of judgement, 3 times ?!?

Working on what though!! They are not publishing a cure for cancer it’s a set of accounts!! If there are items outstanding it’s more that possible to include as caveats and footnotes. This is basically outright ridiculous holding shareholder funds captive for so long. This wouldn’t be happening if it were PWC.

My point is what is the point of keep putting timelines on it, it benefits no one. Better of not issuing the RNSs at all until the one with the accounts.

MHL - I would say another delay is unlikely. Who in their right might would but out a RNS saying its in final stages and will be released this month after the last two pointless RNSs? They would simply say its delayed and will be out when its out - it doesn't serve any purpose to say it if its not real - not for a 3rd time ....... its not benefiting anyone.

I see Apollo have walked away from the THG deal, maybe they want revb instead, certainly primed for a PE offer ..

If this doesn't trade this month after 3 identical RNSs promising it the last 3 month they really will be a laughing 'stock'

Have a feeling, with all the extra delays, it wont as simple as 'business flying, numbers spot on, trading commences in the morning'. Not suggesting additions of a negative or positive persuasion, but maybe something left field ... has to be some additional reasoning as to why we have had zero updates on current trading since suspension .. someone has wanted to suppress it for reasons unknown...will be interesting all the same.

Red - makes no difference when the RNS is with us suspended. Intraday or before after market. It won’t trade until the following morning at the earliest.

It's as likely to 10bag and more relatively quickly from here than any other stock I've seen in many many years at this. Lets get it back live!!!!

Yep, and the 30m balance sheet swing (them v us) is just deducted from the multiple (ie minus debt for enterprise value) so makes barely any difference. We are so undervalued on the suspension price its laughable.

Only thing I can think is It will be to do with disagreements over the value of the takeover and any price adjustments associated with it, as mentioned in the RNS of a while back. But still they could put a holding number in and revise later, with a footnote, its done every day ..

No one was naive, this is not normal. I just focus on the fact that the business looks to be growing and getting stronger despite the fact that the stock isn't tradable. In the end that all that matters. If we were watching it deteriorate as well as being suspended It would be a different story. There is is value in this company, whether its bought early or, preferably, it continues to grow in its current ownership structure for the foreseeable future.

yep, as long as we are not waiting until the last day of the month again, it really would be unforgivable to do it 3 RNS's in a row. Reality is now they need to have this trading in the next 10 days or so at the most, it's beyond a joke now. Are we all on hidden camera's on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway?
