Whatever happens, 60m mc is completely fake as it stands due to the collapse of the SP prior to suspension for various reasons. Sure, thats likely a PE of x2 ... with growth companies anywhere from x15 to x40+ in some cases

At last something firm, should be back trading early next week. Just a note to suggest why this should multiply on trading:

- clean slate, no drag from fund selling (Jupiter) or threat of suspension

- large sticky sellers including fund and BOO

- Expansion and growth into new markets inc, US with new large household name customers

- Expanding product rage and tie ins with 3rd parties

- the growth in market cap of peers during suspension

- new management team with history of success

- reduction in the purchase price of Medichem

- low and managable debt (for a growing business)

All the above should be producing 25m+ ebit (very conservative) in any FLS for the coming year, unless the accounts show anything left field we don't know about that should equate to 12-15x PE or CIRCA 300-350m mc / 120-150p SP in the short term.

Red - they will definitely want stock to stay and especially Bob. I don't mind if options are set to provide an incentive, at say £1 or so, but yes would like to see him buy on the open market too - although he probably wants some at the current SP so he might find a way rather than watching this potentially rise first before he gets a chance.

Maybe but the explanations he is providing in private messages he isn't commenting via RNS. And for 3 months now he's got it completely wrong with basically pointless comms. If we have to go again with another delay id rather he just says he doesn't have a time line and the next RNS will be the accounts.

I get what you mean. However if we suddenly start trading again and at multiples with a clear and exciting FLS all those thoughts suddenly drift away. There is really nothing else that can be said regarding the current situation - and even when we are back I doubt we will ever get any real explanation or a full story. All I'm interested now is being able to make my own decisions with regards to the stock I hold, and not have it held captive due to incompetence.

Ill give them to the final day of the month, if we get a copy paste of the regular monthly RNS again on the 31st of May then ill be calling for his head. Not in terms of the delay, but in terms of the most ridiculous shareholder comms strategy I have ever seen.

Should have said 'they will will be released when they are ready' once. - These monthly time lines don't do anything to managed expectations when they are missed every time. Absolutely pointless.

Iknownuffin - It's not relisting, we have not been delisted, just suspended from trading. big big difference.

Alex (Hosai!) - Great response that from Bob. If what he is saying is accurate, and no reason why it shouldn't be, It puts to bed to any quick smash and grab from anyone on the cheap and sounds like he is on the same page as many holders in terms of growing the business. Also sounds like he is planning to stick around too to do this. Hope he does a better job than he has with the comms to date, and looking forward to us getting back trading so we can watch this play out. If he is 3rd time lucky in term of his RNS, only a week or so left to get this back trading ..

It's not possible for the extended delay to allow a takeover, the auditors would not be involved in a plan like this, they are fully independent, they don't conspire to facilitate a takeover, its illegal and of no benefit to them.

Yep, it gets boring. I reverted to private groups a few years ago after getting fed up with the antics on LSE and public forums but for some reason I've returned. not for long though!

Yes with 20m ebitda (prior to the write downs) it shows its potential. if they was nearer 30m forward looking you would be up at a minimum of 300m mc or 120-140p and thats just the start. Personally I don't think boo have the inclination to buy this and just saw an opportunity to make money on the stock, their own market cap is only 500m. Id be more inclined to think a PE offer if any. In terms of the founders, pretty unlikely after what they have done to get us into this mess. I may be very wrong on both counts however ... just surmsing

Hosai - most private replies end up on here or twitter in most small caps, they know this. We know the company is doing well operationally with multiple roles advertised, the expansion into other outlets we have seen, the US growth etc .. which makes this suspension all the more frustrating as we could and should be riding high.

CEOs answer to shareholders, not auditors - and it's his job to work with the NOMAD to do this and carve out the right messaging, how they think that the 'Groundhog Day' comms so far are adequate is unforgivable.

I hope bob knows how stupid he will look if he releases another RNS on the 31st May saying accounts in June. Im really struggling to understand why he keeps doing it without 100% certainty it will happen. A 'heavy weight' CEO who is on repeat and unable to manage shareholder expectations. Does he not know what this is doing for his reputation, especially when he then goes on to blame BDO in private messages, its as unprofessional and as bad PR as is feasibly possible. He's the CEO, they sit and talk to audit leads every day thoughout the auditing process, I know this first hand, its just bizarre.
