Boo are in a dire position themselves so id say its unlikely as they need to keep capital at hand but you never know. they certainly don't tend to buy growing businesses either, more so those on their knees for a pittance which this certainly isn't. Again, funding for what? we have no capital requirements and are cash positive, we can easily service our debt too. Its not like the business needs a recapitalisation. not sure what you expect the sp here to do for boo, its sweet FA.

the maths again ... 25% of current mc is 15m, even if boo opened at 80p, thats 60m attributed to boo, which ads another 45m to their mc and its not even 10% as it stands - boo has dropped 15% in the last two weeks... so you will need another catalyst for a rerate.

I suppose in the end nothing is 'price sensitive' at the moment as we cant trade so makes zero difference. He could well be sat on a bench with neil in the park as we speak, sharing a bag of monster munch and cradling a pigeon, telling him all sorts ..

Iknownuffin - not really - anything he has to say to one shareholder, all shareholders should be party too ... or he shouldn't be saying it. They know it generally gets posted on social anyway ..

Which was my point based on the last posters comment (with out any further substance), unless there was an acquisition, a growth strategy that need quick execution or some major capex.

I would hate to think a vulture is able to get stock prior to trading in or around the current SP ..(other than bob and miss Marple already have provided for themselves haha) free money. this would be a really bad way to operate and bod would need shooting .. IF, and its a big if ,they want to raise via equity do it when we are are 80p plus to save any low ball dilution .. certainly not in suspension.

For what .... , we are in positive cash flow and can service our debt, for speedier growth or capex .. but i doubt its a time to dilute .. also all cash requirements so far have been debt so lets keep it that way.

That’s very different from ‘not being able to relist’ - even so would still need a shareholder vote And would be a big lie to from Bob to say it’s LSE, he would have to involved to! Can’t see it. Boo have enough woes of their own currently to entertain yet more takeovers .. their rapid growth the last few years has done nothing but crash the SP

There is no such thing as ‘won’t be able to relist’ never heard of that in 2 decades at this! You can’t be forced to go private!! People are running away with themselves now ..

All we need to know is that if you've been handed half a million quids worth of 'free stock' - you're going to want turn it into several million whatever it takes, whether that growth in its current form, sale and/or other, watch this space ....

Add in the fact that the new management team have provided themselves with stock at this level, they will of course also want a big return - so we are safe from anything low ball, as unlikely as it is. So we either start trading again and open at a big premium and grow from there (likely imo, with a potential PE buyout sometime in the future) or we are offered a deal with a yet unknown party (unlikely boo), and we all walk away with either a payout of multiples or a cash/shares deal if its a plc buyer (unlikely at this stage imo).

Pumpky, you say this but on what basic could that happen? There are only 2 possible scenarios for it - its goes into administration (obviously its not we have a pile of cash in the bank and the business is flying by all accounts with new jobs posted daily). Or it's bought during suspension (unlikely as would require a shareholder vote and there has been zero noise around any buyout). Even in this case, the major ex founder shareholders are in exactly the same boat as us and wouldn't vote though anything that wasn't many multiples of the current SP. (They have very little power after the recent shenanigans to try and take it private themselves) No one has enough stock to force anything through aggressively. It will be back trading very soon ..

Much more preferable to shareholders to have easily serviceable debt than dilution ..

The debt is tiny to get into the position they are in and to have grown into new geographies at relative speed, I'm amazed how low it is to be honest. It will pay itself back and then some in the months and years ahead - unless it's taken out early. Ps the guy who posted that the Boo price would rerate off the back of revb doesn't know his numbers .. their share is a fraction of their mc cap 15m in stock (currently) v a mc of 500m doesn't touch the sides in terms of a rerate, even at several multiples of the Revb SP. he's just down on his luck probably in boo at double the Sp and getting desperate.
