Boo would still need to make an offer if they want to take the company, and that would need to be voted through, there are legal processes here - its not as simple as just stealing a liquid company! ITS i know very well, I had stock at one point, they were on the verge of collapse anyway and a minnow with zero cash.

Deathshares - i don't know who your broker is but you should have had a notification to vote, if not send them an email or message within your trading app.

Plus it will be trading long before the vote so you can sell up if you like!

Thats not really true unless it was in admin. We are a shareholder just as they are. if it went into admin they would also lose their 26% too. it wont though.

Thats the biggest 'take down' of a shareholder i've ever seen. Make sure you all get in touch with your broker to vote against boo, im doing it now.

The note in the accounts RNS on the 23rd of May said trading again 'near term' i expected that to mean no more than a week or two, so where is it, has to be in the next few days at this stage, the other stuff is completely unrelated to this.

I get that that, but id still use my vote where i can, have a large sum in here way below the current SP and had a target for getting out. Whether its reached or not is different matter .. and as you say little power.

Less than 50p would be an insult and swiftly rejected by me. This was trading over 80p a few months prior to suspension. it was brought down firstly by Jupiter selling for their own reasons, and secondly by the threat of suspension - all artificial, as is the current SP, so take no notice of it it as any sort of benchmark to actual value or potential. The business is in a much better place now than it was at over a quid, with an increased customer base and big name US stockists - the future is bright. I would vote against anything under £1.50p and even then rather it grew under its own steam.

disagree o the sharp drop, these will rise dramatically on resubmission, purely based on value v mcap. these wranglings aren't enough to pull against that. in fact, if anything ,it shows how valuable the business is that they all want control. you don't fight over ****.

Yep, its a difficult one. Id still be on the fence at this stage in terms of where my support should be, keep changing my mind. What annoys me is that bobs first duty is to shareholders and with 9 months at the helm he should have got the audit done quickly and trading recommenced fast as a priority. (its the auditors fault blah blah, get a new auditor if they cant deliver your the blo@dy CEO!) He managed to grab half a million quids worth of shares though ..

Topshot, internal/management wranglings have nothing to do with the regulators, this should be trading - ive never seen this before and been in multiple suspended stocks, its very odd. It was a technical suspension for late accounts, thats all - the accounts have been released we should be trading.

Yes it should be trading. The suspension was regulatory due to late accounts and normally stocks retrade the next day upon release. Why we have further delays is a mystery, aim regulators are almost non existent, aim is the wild west at best, and they certainly don't hold up trading. its bizarre. There is more too it has to be. The fact bob doesn't want to discuss it and gets angry when asked is a clue ...

Its very interesting Topshot isn't it, Ive cancelled my Netflix subscription for the month. all these months and now complete chaos at the moment as we thought we were relisting. The best scenario for shareholder currently is for this to trade asap so it can find its level - there is then a barometer for any potential takeover, we need this up in multiples to give us a safety net. the rest can then play out in its own time.

He should do a deal to take the stock off our two ex directors, then it would be very interesting!
