I assure you we, as PIs, would never end up with illiquid stock in a private company. Also, if (to play the game on this nonsense) if boo were to take revb out it wouldn't be a private company, it would be part of boo which is a limited company so either a stock and/or cash deal.

I cant believe we are even entertaining this idea that someone has dreamed up, but of course in a takeover scenario your stock is worth something. You either own a slice of a private company or the buyer pays you x for your stock after it has been voted though via an EGM. If this ever was to be the case the whole point of taking a company private is to get rid of 1000s of PIs 99% of the time so it would be the later.

The highest price of the last twelve months, which doesn't include being in suspension, is over £1 so they would need to legally be offering over that even if it was a goer .. and boo don't pay market rate for anything ..

Doubt it very much, been though this many times, its impossible without a shareholder vote and transparency. The founding directors (who have very little sway now other than their shareholding) wont be doing back door dealings with a reputable very commercial brand like boo. It wouldn't do anything for Boos reputation. The board of Boo are the only ones who can initiate any deal and put it to vote, there has never been any mention of a company sale other than on this board ..

Agm pointless when you don't have a stock trading, the SP performance forms the baseline of any discussion. Getting beyond a joke now it really is holding shareholder funds captive in an obviously liquid and growing business for almost a year cos an ex director lent a supplier a few quid off book... a week to to go.

This doesn’t mean there will never be a raise, there may well be for strategic business reasons at some point - but not for the reasons you are suggesting. Even so, profit making businesses have the luxury of debt over equity to ensure shareholders aren’t diluted where possible.

What are you trying to achieve here. We already know the banks are fully supportive of revb, that has been made clear several times. Read the RNSs. We are profit making, the very rare type of AIM business banks love.

Do you own revb stock or are you just here on behalf of boo? You certainly haven’t posted much that I can remember up until recently ..
