Sadly, all we seem to be able to do (as owners of the company) is to work though social media to get an insight! I've sent 3 emails to investor relations and am still yet to receive a reply. My mistake for thinking investor relations was actually investor relations I suppose .. very confusing

The stock being suspended should/isn't having any affect on the business. Its BAU as we have seen on social etc, one doesn't affect the other. Not sure we would have the production capacity for a volume deal of that size currently, we are already supplying several thousand outlets .. but hopefully our production footprint continues to grow going forward. We should expect a lot of detail upon accounts which is being held back currently. Lets just hope they stick to to this ever moving target this time for resubmission, would look very silly putting out a second date if again it got pushed back. Companies never seem to learn in the regard. Better off just not providing specific timelines if the chances are they wont be hit.

I’ll allow them this one last delay as nothing we can do, then unleash fury in 4 weeks!

The problem is we still no nothing as to where money is being spent - although you can see by the social the growth in our range of products which also takes cash as well as infrastructure expansion

The growing US ops for starters needs capital

11m cash offsets it to where it was so no change in balance. A growing business needs to invest beyond its income in the early years

onsoildground - my point is it won't be long before we become a reverse takeover for them if thats their intention, we are on much stronger footing that boo who's SP has collapsed the last year, not sure how they would finance a takeover of the magnitude we wold need, they tend to buy struggling / admin businesses only. I wouldn't be voting for anything that doesn't value the company properly I want to make many multiples here - we have a lot of growth to go through before id even entertain a takeover - no reason it should go for a song to a struggling fashion house, the major holders certainly wouldn't vote for it.

Exactly. Boo can’t afford us. Their market cap is only 20% higher than that as it stands at about 650m. Clothing is in the gutter whereas makeup has stood its ground though out recent times. We are not the weaker of the two, they are.

and as an aside to that, there is no FCA investigation. It was an internal investigation commissioned by the company on advice of the auditors.

the stock is only suspended due to accounts not being issued, its a technical suspension f all to do with the FCA. Shares usually start trading 8am the day after accounts issued, anything else ignore.

it all hinges on the sales profile and what the expansion since suspension has done in the short term, and we have been told naff all regarding the numbers - all we can do is wait and see. The multiple account manager roles advertised does, however, suggest there is good business

There was never any risk of this going under, they weren't those type of issues. We always had funding support and the problems were always related to historic wrong doings by individuals and not day to day finances. The suspension, although a technical one, spooked people and it has gone on far too long, but the company looks to be growing and expanding its footprint, hopefully days now before we can see the fruits of this in a live SP.

80p far too cheap, it was that just before the summer and since then we have listed in 2500 Walmart stores! You're selling yourself far too short if you would take that, you must have bought very cheap. many are in way above and they expect a good profit ...

The true is SP is not the one you are seeing forget the fake 19p, it means nothing. It’s a £1+ stock as it stands based on 20m ebit at x10PE that was dragged down artificially. So 50p would be an insanely low open. Many stocks open at a much truer value after suspension and start multiples higher based on information since suspension. Also, you will find many more buyers than sellers I’m sure …

Exactly. In theory this should open at 60-70p, price before the fall - still only puts a value on it of 150m which only requires a modest 15m projected profit for next year, where 20m was predicted last year. Let’s see. SL
