Exactly. And the problem with Boohoo is their track record is buying struggling companies and/or companies out of admin for a pittance to apply their own synergies. They don't buy thriving companies and pay realistic valuations - so Boo would only be a buyer if they could get us 'cheap' and we are not one of those companies - we want proper market valuation and probably not for a year or two, when we are further established as a major player, we are unlikely to be a distressed seller, quit the opposite from what we are seeing - so a bidding war would be preferable!

Vernetles, they can always make an offer but we can’t be taken out ‘for a song’ - it needs shareholder approval and shareholders know the value here. This isn’t a business in distress. I wouldn’t vote for a cheap takeover, we could be bigger than Boohoo in terms of Mc in few years. We don’t want/need a struggling fashion co to take us out. I’d rather wait for the likes of L’Oréal etc .. Or one of the bigger make up brands. Boohoo are just a shareholder like the rest of us and have zero power.

Even if this was a new beginning for revb, will a few write downs and a clean slate, the business has its own production facilities, a global footprint of retail partners and an integrated supply chain as well as a strong and desirable innovative brand and range of products, and a large %age ownership by a big player, Boo. 50m mc (suspension price) is ridiculous, and forgetting the sales profile entirely, the sum of all parts is worth multiples. A couple of off book loans to suppliers wont change this. Onwards and upwards very soon.
